Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Roleplay.Dangan Ronpa In Space is almost as bad as the Characters/ page. Riddled with typos, incoherent description, unclear examples, and unindexed.
Also, every one of the "Moment" subpages is just a single quote with zero context.

You might want to try the Sandbox namespace. Pages there are assumed to be under construction, and when it's ready for the main wiki, you copy and paste into the appropriate namespace and cutlist the Sandbox page. (And don't blank the page already in the main wiki while you're working on the Sandbox.)

Hi, saw that Tintin Shout Out was removed. If you're going to remove and retitle it as Referenced by/Tintin you might as well do the same for Good Grief Another Peanuts Shout Out and name it Referenced by/Peanuts.

I warned Black-Diesel yesterday that they'll be cut, and that they should use sandbox for such things until they are ready. Whether they were online at the time, I don't know.

I listed Jacques Offenbach on Composers before it was created (with intention of creating it, of course). I've added a few tropes as well, but I'm not really an opera guy and I'd appreciate some assistance. (It's been a very long time since I created a work page—I'm mostly an editor, not a creator, and I wasn't aware the rules had changed.)

edit the index page again. If you create a page that way, you have to re-edit the index page to get it to show up. You need three tropes for him, and I can't think of any without samples of his music or lyrics written for it.
ETA: Looking at the page now, I can safely say that is no longer a stub.

Still asking for opinions on Creator.Kate Upton, it still looks like an article that is about her personal life (and sexual appeal) rather than something useful for the wiki.
Also, Good Grief Another Peanuts Shout Out has that fix proposal pending.

Regarding the aforementioned articles Septimus Heap, I was trying to get the ball rolling on articles for Palahniuk's works seeing as how half of his bibliography did not have articles on the site. I do have some time to set about this task but I do not always have the hours upon hours of extra time needed to crosswick, index, etc. articles extensively. My plan was to set them up then go back later and add in details, also it's been my experience that most people would rather add to an already created article as opposed to creating one themselves.

I'm new to TV Tropes (as a Troper, been a fan for years). So i'm gettin used to the rules.
I intend to list examples for the UN page I started above. If anyone has some other info, please add it as well.
For the record, I'm something of a history buff, so war or history-related tropes tend to get my attention. But I love browsing many different tropes. So if you have any good tipes just shoot me a PM.

I suggest to both of you gentlemen/ladies to use the Sandbox namespace until your articles are fleshed out. Pages in that namespace are assumed to be incomplete, and then you can transfer them to the proper namespace when they meet TVT guidelines when you have the time to devote to crosswicking and all that other fun stuff. 
You can copy the existing data to pages in the Sandbox, but don't blank the existing pages.
As for that Upton page, torch it.

The creator hasn't touched the page since 19th Jun '14 7:28:05 PM and hasn't been active on the site as a whole since August. I'll send him a PM to see if s/he's still alive.
