"Hope is the only thing The Merge didn't take from me." note

"As I saw my small neighborhood disappear, and a new city show up on the horizon, I realized I had witnessed The Merge, first hand. The moment all the mysterious realms I'd only heard about merged with Ninjago, for reasons no one's been able to figure out..."
Arin

Ninjago: Dragons Rising is the second series of LEGO's Ninjago franchise, set as a Sequel Series to the original after it ended with its fifteenth season in 2022.

After an event called The Merge combined the various Realms into one single world, the Ninja have gone missing as a result of the incident. While the citizens of the new world have managed to rebuild, in particular, an area called The Crossroads being a place for many survivors of the Merge to live in, life isn't exactly perfect as an organization called the Claws of the Imperium seek out to hunt down dragons to use their power to rule over the merged world. However, when two teenagers from separate worlds, Arin and Sora, are caught up in the villains' plans and find a young dragon Riyu, they also come face to face with the legendary Green Ninja himself, Lloyd, who intends on training the two as a new generation of heroes to help protect this new world and uncover the mystery of the Merge as well.

The first half of the series' first season aired on June 1st, 2023 on Netflix, with the second half released on October 12, the mini-series, The Elemental Mechs were released on January 6, 9, and 12, 2024 respectively, and the first half of the second season aired on April 4.

Ninjago: Dragons Rising contains examples of:

  • Adaptational Heroism: The Greenbone Warriors were the antagonists of the second wave of the out-of-continuity Ninjago: Core toyline, and are portrayed as such in supplementary materials related to it. In Dragons Rising, a number of them are scattered among the populace (with one of them being a racer in the first episode), and their sole antagonistic appearance in Season 1 in "Wyldly Inappropriate" is due to Wyldfyre aggravating them by stealing their jewels as a prank, and are willing to let Kai and Wyldfyre go for giving them back before the latter pranks them again.
  • Always Second Best: Arin's Snowberry Pies.
  • Animorphism: Cole, briefly, transformed into a dog in "The Forest of Spirits".
  • Apathetic Citizens: The population of Imperium is slated as such due to their dismissal of how dragons are used to power their city; Sora became the exception after seeing it for herself. Thankfully after a video revealing Beatrix's true opinions and actions goes viral, all of them (minus Sora's parents) quickly turn on the Empress.
  • Ascended Fanboy:
    • Arin, who grew up in love with the idea of being one of the Ninja, becomes a trainee alongside Sora to become a ninja under Lloyd's tutelage.
    • Percival seems set to become this by the end of Part One for the Claws of Imperium and the Empress, but realizes how corrupt they are and assists the Ninja.
  • Back for the Finale: In "The Power Within", while the Ninja rescue citizens of Crossroads, one MergeQuake rift opens in front of Arin, who sees his long lost parents noticing him before it closes.
  • Big "NO!": Sora does it before achieving her True Potential.
  • Borrowed Without Permission:
    • "The Merge: Part 1", Arin and Sora grab a spark plug from the Crossroads junkyard but leave a pie as compensation.
    • "Crossroads Carnival": Arin and Sora take Lloyd's meditation carpet for part of Riyu's dog disguise.
  • Breaking Old Trends:
    • The intro for the show is "We Rise" instead of a remix of "The Weekend Whip" by The Fold, or the Ninjago Overture.
    • This series discards the usual Title Cards that have been used in the original series since the Pilot, instead opting to show the name of the episode at the bottom of the screen just after the opening.
  • Cannot Keep a Secret: In "Writers of Destiny", a Scroll-Worm reading Lloyd's information aloud reveals he is a nose picker and eats the boogers.
  • Canon Immigrant: Some elements from Ninjago Core, an out-of-continuity toyline, show up in this series, such as the various EVO Dragons and the Greenbone Warriors.
  • Canon Welding: Downplayed with the presence of Chima. The land was already established in Ninjago to be part of the series' multiverse, although largely irrelevant beyond a brief visit in Possession and a few Beaver Tribe members making cameos in later seasons, and would logically be part of the merged Ninjago. A clip from Season 2 where Ras talks about the many areas of the Wyldness has him mention the "Forever Rock", a location where Laval and Cragger played when they were children, confirming that the Chima setting is now part of Ninjago and suggesting that Ras is native to it.
  • Carrying a Cake: Or in this case, pies.
    • In "The Power Within", Arin carries a bunch of pies out for the Ninja to celebrate ending the MergeQuakes.
    • In "The Mech Master", Riyu carries three pies on his back with ease.
  • Cassandra Truth: It seems that even after being shown the truth on air, Sora's parents are the only ones who do not believe it at all.
  • Caught by Arrogance: Beatrix boasts about killing her father, taking the throne from her sister, and spreading false information about dragons, all while pushing LaRow to drain dragons even harder. All of this is caught on tape and broadcast to the kingdom in the penultimate episode of Season 1.
  • Celebrating the Heroes: The Crossroads has at least a couple of celebrations:
    • A tent is put up for a memorial to the Ninja during the Crossroads Carnival.
    • Zane Day, where the people supposedly act like, dress like, and eat like Zane. There's even a contest for people that would look like Zane.
  • Central Theme: The importance of Family of Choice.
    • In her origin story in "I Will Be the Danger", Wyldfyre learns what Heatwave means to her after being taught the word, 'Family'.
    • In "The Battle of the Second Monastery", Lloyd consoles a discomforted Arin that he is with family: The Ninja, Sora, Riyu, and Wyldfyre.
    • In "The Power Within", Sora proclaims to her still disapproving parents that the Ninja are her new family.
    • In "Beyond the Phantasm Cave", Arin's fear is that he had given up searching for his parents, who believe the Ninja are his family now.
    • The Finders and Cole have all become one of these, with Cole considering the Finders his second family aside from the Ninja and his dad, and Bonzle in particular having learnt the importance of family from Wu in the past after having dealt with loneliness for so long since her creation.
  • Chekhov's Gun: From ALL the way back in the pilot episodes, the Ninja's dragons being able to perform Spinjitzu to travel to the Underworld has come back, with new Dragon Masters Egalt and Rontu being able to perform Spinjitzu (With Egalt showing annoyance when the Ninja assume dragons can't be ninja or learn Spinjitzu), and worked to teach both it and advanced versions of it, in particular the Rising Dragon, to the Ninja and even Riyu as well.
  • Comically Missing the Point: "The Administration"
Lloyd: (a note from their 'guide' comes down, he reads it) 'Duck.'
Arin: Like? (quacks like a duck)
Lloyd: No, like duck! (They quickly move behind a printer from Agents Allen and Underwood)
  • Company Cross References: Two of the Administration agents are named Underwood and Prentis.
  • Continuity Nod: In "Shattered Dreams", Kai tells Cinder, the new Master of Smoke, that he defeated the last Master of Smoke, referencing how he fought and won against Ash in the Tournament of Elements during "Versus".
  • Contrived Coincidence: The one time Zane goes to the Crossroads to obtain a part for his portal scanner just so happens to be "Zane Day." Not only does this allow him to blend in, as plenty of people are wearing Zane costumes, but it also allows him to enter a "Zane Lookalike" contest in order to win the money to purchase his part. And then, when he somehow comes in third, it turns out the third place prize is a gift certificate to the junkyard that has the part.
  • Conveniently Timed Distraction: After Arin stopped him from attacking some breakdancers, the Mechanic discovers he's being filmed by two Ninja fans and prepares to go after them, but it gives Lloyd and Arin a chance to defeat him.
  • Coordinated Clothes:
    • All of Imperium's citizens wear the same uniform.
    • Agents of the Administration wear the same light brown blazer, black sweater, and black pants, with the humans and Munce wearing the same sunglasses.
  • Copycat Mockery: Nya copies Kai's hair swipe, saying he shouldn't even have it while on the subject of Ninja hairstyles in "Writers of Destiny", amusing Lloyd.
  • Dance Party Ending: A video clip in "The Blood Moon" ends with Arin, Sora, Wyldfyre, Riyu, Lobbo, and some citizens dancing after Sora made a DJ set out of Lobbo's mech.
  • Defiant Stone Throw: Literally. Imperium citizens throw rocks at the Claws of Imperium and Empress Beatrix when her deception is broadcasted.
  • Delayed Reaction:
    • "Return to Imperium": A guard who had just cleared Lloyd, Arin, and Sora is about to walk away when he suddenly realizes they aren't wearing shoulder pads.
    • "The Administration": After clearing Lloyd and Arin, Agent Underwood discovered the ruse when she looked at a file containing a photo of the subject, not drawings as Lloyd and Arin had on them.
  • Delicious Distraction: In "A Pain in the Mech", Kai briefly scoffs an entire bowl of noodles before joining with the others to calm some Ice Dragons, who want their stolen eggs back from the Lava-Tides.
  • Denied Food as Punishment: Riyu was, at first, not allowed Cragling mud, due to being a dragon, in "Beyond Madness".
  • Didn't Think This Through: Showman Dorama is so caught up in the drama of Empress Beatrix's plans that he never stops to consider said plans involve destroying all of reality, him included, until it's pointed out to him.
  • Disapproving Look: In "What the Mech?", when he tells them he might use some dangerous artefacts for his slide, Cole, Arin, and Sora glare at Kai, who, reluctantly, changes his mind.
  • Disease by Any Other Name: Egalt suffers from, what Wyldfyre calls, Wasting Sickness, as she lost most of her dragon family to it.
  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": Sora, having abandoned her birth name, Ana, doesn't like it when she's adressed as such.
    • "Mindless Beasts"
Dr. LaRow: I knew you wouldn't be able to resist returning, Ana.
Sora: My name is Sora now.
Dr. LaRow: You named yourself after that dragon? Disgusting.
    • "The Battle of the Second Monastery":
Arin: Uh, you've got your wires crossed, scientist lady. That's Sora.
Dr. LaRow: We named the dragon Sora.
Sora: (to Arin) My birth name was Ana.
      Arin: Oh. Now I'm embarrassed.
    • "The Power Within":
Sora's mother: Ana, you have elemental powers?
Sora: I do. And my name… is Sora!
  • Drives Like Crazy:
    • Fritz and Spitz play around in Sora's mech out of boredom, but their mass lack of skills led to them nearly seriously hurt had Zane not pressed the kill switch in "To Mysterium".
    • "The Forest of Spirits" shows Arin struggling to drive Jordana's buggy, given he was used to mechs.
  • Driving Question: Who or what caused the Merge, and why? And where have the ninja gotten to?
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Kreel considers her right-hand Whack Rat, Targle, her only friend.
  • Failed a Spot Check:
    • Throughout the whole Zane-alike contest in "Wyldly Inappropriate", everyone in the Crossroads, including Gulch, fails to recognize Zane as he entered under an assumed name, but don't even realize when he used his powers to inadvertently harm the host.
    • Gandalaria must have worse eyesight than her glasses if she doesn't know Cole, Zane, and Bonzle are not slugs in "Fugitives from Madness".
  • False Reassurance: Beatrix claims the escaped dragons were recaptured when they actually weren't.
  • Fantastic Racism: Across the merged worlds, dragons don't exactly have the best reputation in some of them, with those in the Kingdom of Madness distrusting of them due to frequent attacks on sacred grounds by the species, and the Imperium actively hunting them down to use them as a Living Battery for their kingdom with citizens and even kids living there believing dragons to be nothing but mindless creatures.
  • Fantastic Rank System: In order to achieve the Rising Dragon technique, one must be a Third Fang as revealed in "Forces from the East".
  • Fate Worse than Death:
    • If the Imperium succeeds in conquering all of the merged realms, this would be the case, as they would rule over the Departed Realm with an iron fist, having control of the dead as well.
    • If the Forbidden Five had returned, Ninjago would be doomed.
  • Food as Bribe: Arin shows Mr. Frohicky one of his Snowberry Pies and coaxes him with it to allow him and Sora to participate in the Mech Master 5000.
  • Garbage Hideout:
    • In "Mindless Beasts", Riyu tries to hide in the dumpster he and Arin landed in while the latter tries to stop Percival and the Imperium Teenage Protection Force from finding him, only to fail.
    • In "We Are All Dragons", the reformed Imperium Teen Resistance Force revealed to have set up a proper hideout entrance through a dumpster.
    • In "The Blood Moon", Riyu hid in a dumpster during the stakeout, as well as eating old noodles before being spotted by an old woman, who assumes he was thrown out.
  • Get It Over With: The Administration trying to enter Gandalaria's mansion to arrest Zane, who reminds them the proper paperwork must be filled out, until after being remind three times, Agent Roderick Allen, upon getting the paperwork done, barges in and waves the forms in annoyance.
  • Hold Up Your Score: During the Zane-alike contest:
    • The Security bot judge holds up a 3 scorecard as opposed to Gulch, Grab-Barg, and a female judge's 9s for Lobbo's Zane impersonation.
    • Gulch, not recognizing Zane, shoves his 0 scorecard in his face after a disastrous round.
  • Human Sacrifice: In order to free the Forbidden Five from Nether-Space, Ras needs to sacrifice five unshattered souls.
  • I Can't Hear You: From "The Merge: Part 2":
(Lloyd, Arin, and Sora are on the roof of a train)
Rapton: No one escapes from Rapton!
Lloyd: (Unable to hear due to the noise of the train) Huh? What's a "Rapton"?
    Rapton: Me! I am Rapton!
    Lloyd: What?!
    Rapton: I AM RAPTON!
Lloyd: (to self) Why do bad guys always feel the need to talk in third person?
  • I Know Your True Name: Dr. LaRow, Jordana and Percival Tartigrade are some of the few Imperians who know Sora's birth name is Ana, since she changed it after running away from Imperium.
  • Involuntary Dance: To escape the junkyard, Sora reprograms some Security Bots to dance.
  • Just in Time:
    • "The Power Within" has multiple examples, because of the MergeQuake Storm.
      • Sora catches Lobbo as he was nearly pulled into it.
      • Zane catches Grab-Barg.
      • Arin saves a dog from being hit with a truck.
    • The Ninja arrive to save Euphrasia, Suetonius, Marcus and the Writers of Destiny from being sacrifices for the Forbidden Five in "Rising Ninja".
  • Karma Houdini: While Beatrix is lost in a MergeQuake rift at the end of Season 1, Rapton in talks among others about forming a council, and Dorama having somehow fled Imperium to a desert, Ras escapes from his prison cell and allies with Jordana, helping her escape Imperium. There's also no confirmation on what became of Dr. LaRow.
  • Leeroy Jenkins: Wyldfyre, the master of the new element Heat, typically prefers charging into battle even when the odds of winning are slim to none.
  • Lifesaving Misfortune: The dead last consecutive prize in the Zane-alike contest was a gift card for a component in Kreel's Junkyard.
  • Light Is Not Good: The Imperium's color scheme is predominantly gold and orange, but they're one of the most evil factions in the Merged Realms.
  • Line-of-Sight Name: When in need of an alias to sneak into Imperium, Arin looks around and comes up with the name Dr. Lampshade Floortile.
  • Living Battery: The reason the Imperium are hunting down dragons is because they are the source of their empire's power and weapons.
  • Look Behind You:
    • In "Gangs of the Sea", a Merlopian pirate finds a note on a bathtub raft saying it, but couldn't see it until Arin, who was behind him, spelt it out.
    • In "A Pain in the Mech", Arin warns a Lava-Tide chef that Riyu is behind him, but he isn't fooled, only to be rammed by him.
  • Loony Laws:
    • In "Return to Imperium", Lloyd, Arin, and Sora's mission in Imperium gets easily compromised. Reason: Not wearing shoulder pads on a weekday.
    • The Administration has a bunch, which need to be approved in order to break them.
  • Mass Empowering Event: The Merge has also caused the appearance of a whole new set of Elemental Masters.
  • Merged Reality: The central point of the series, taking place after a mysterious event called The Merge had combined the various realms established in the original series.
  • Missed Him by That Much: Had Arin stayed at the Administration a bit longer, he would've caught up with Jay, who just came out of his office while playing a video game.
  • Mustache Vandalism:
    • A flashback shows Jordana doodling on Ana's face of her family photo in frustration for losing the science fair while learning she's absent from class.
    • She does it again to a portrait of Lloyd before the MergeQuake weapon test.
    • Wyldfyre did this to a sacred statue of the neighboring Lava-tides as a prank. It's one of many things on their list of grievances against her.
  • Negative Space Wedgie: MergeQuakes, despite the name, involve massive tears in reality opening up which can only be sealed by elemental powers, because the worlds aren't fully holding together. And they're getting worse.
  • New Era Speech:
    • In "The Power Within", Percival's speech is broadcasted about how New Imperium must work together, like the Ninja, such as forming a council.
    • In "Shattered Dreams", he continues about making New Imperium better and for outlanders to be welcomed.
  • Overcome Their Differences:
    • Throughout Part 2, Kai and Wyldfyre argue over the similarities between their Elemental Powers, until Kai teaches Wyldfyre patience and eventually takes her under his wing. In the season finale, they discover a difference between their powers.
    • Despite having been one of the hunters that caught Riyu, Rapton joins the resistance and makes a truce with Arin and Sora after Beatrix becomes too obsessed with defeating the Ninja. In the season finale, he joins the Ninja in battling against Beatrix (for five minutes), and is among others in talks of forming a council.
  • Our Dragons Are Different: While most dragons in the past spoke through telepathy, Rontu and Egalt are shown to actually talk.
  • Paperworkaholic: Agents in the Administration seem to be obsessed with filing paperwork and filling out forms.
  • Party Scattering: It's gradually revealed the ninja were split across the new merged world. Lloyd woke up back in the monastery with no idea how he got there, Kai on an island that took him a few weeks to make his way back from, Nya somewhere that took five years, Zane somehow ended up under Imperium in some kind of container within a monastery, Cole woke up in an Imperium junkyard called the Land of Lost Things, and Jay woke up in an underground realm called The Administration, where he seemingly enjoys being, until he admits to Bonzle that he actually hates it due to the many rules he has to follow.
  • Patricide: "Absolute Power" reveals that with Ras' help, Beatrix killed her father, Emperor Levo, and imprisoned her older sister Zeatrix to seize the throne of Imperium.
  • Powered Armor: In the post season one short series "The Elemental Mechs", the Ninja find some Chronosteel, and Sora uses it to create a set of elemental mechs for Kai, Cole, and herself, which can channel their powers, or the powers of the other elements if they swap parts (so if Kai and Sora swap mech arms, she can channel his fire powers via it, and he can channel her tech powers).
  • Powered by a Forsaken Child: The city of Imperium is a technologically advanced metropolis where everything is powered by magic forcibly drained from dragons, whether they be adult or actual children. The citizens are fine with this, as they see dragons as mindless beasts.
  • Read the Map Upside Down: In "We Are All Dragons", Kai and Wyldfyre destroy a shoulder pad storage facility when they should've destroyed the armory.
  • Refused Reunion: People believe Sora would be able to reunite and make amends with her parents, but she refuses. True enough, when they do reunite, they still support Beatrix more than anything else.
  • Running Gag: Jordana getting angry that Sora, and to a lesser extent the other Ninja, never remember who she is.
  • Sdrawkcab Alias: When in need of an alias to sneak into Imperium, Lloyd Garmadon decides on the almost backwards "Doyll Donmagar".
  • Sealed Evil in a Can: Season 2 shows there was once a group of corrupted Elemental Masters called the Forbidden Five that wielded a corrupted form of Spinjistu known as "Shatterspin", who were sealed away in Nether-Space by a pair of dragon warriors using a spell created by a powerful sorceress. Ras's plan in the season is to free them and harness their power for his own goals, though he only manages to do so with one of them.
  • Sealed Good in a Can:
    • In "The Calm Inside", Kai and Nya find out Zane had been sealed inside a capsule within the Monastery of Imperium in the years since the Merge, though for reasons currently unknown, even to Zane himself.
    • Bonzle being sealed into a box.
    • In the climax of the first part of Season 2, Kai and Bonzle end up trapped in Nether-Space.
  • Sequel Series: To the original Ninjago series.
  • Shamed by a Mob:
    • Sora, going by 'Ana' at the time, was shamed by everyone in Imperium, even her own parents, for her refusal to use her intelligence to work for Dr. LaRow to hunt dragons with her invention.
    • Beatrix was shamed by everyone, except Sora's parents, after her Engineered Public Confession is broadcast throughout all of the Imperium.
  • Sleep Deprivation:
    • Having woken up early for her first day of training, Sora's tiredness became a problem twice. First, she ends up pulled along a spinning wing chum dummy before ending up flying into the pond. Second, she falls asleep on a moving platform, forcing Lloyd to jab her rear end to get her to keep moving, only to fall onto another and be bounced about.
    • For most of the start of Season 2, Lloyd finds himself unable to sleep, due to being plagued by visions.
  • Soft Reboot: Per Doc Wyatt, while the show is a sequel, it's designed in such a way so that it can be viewed without having to watch the prior series, with the series itself focusing largely on new heroes Arin and Sora with Lloyd training them, and the merged Ninjago being a dramatically different setting than in the prior show.
  • Synchronous Episodes: In the second half of Season 1, "Gangs of the Sea", "Wyldly Inappropriate", and "The Last Djinn" all take place around the same time with Lloyd and Arin, Kai and Wyldfyre, and Nya and Sora respectively each on their quests to find a Dragon Core, the former two ending with a teaser of what the next party is dealing with. From "They Call It Doom" onward, the plotlines start to overlap in Two Lines, No Waiting format.
  • Team Pet: Riyu, a young dragon that Arin and Sora had encountered, serves as this role in the team, while also being capable of Super-Empowering and bringing out Sora's elemental power.
  • Technopath: Sora appears to have this ability, being capable of assembling mechas telekinetically, with old machine parts. Turns out it's due to Riyu granting her this power, until she was able to achieve her True Potential.
  • Terrible Artist:
    • A captive Zane had made crude drawings of Lloyd and Arin for their false permits in the Administration, which the latter was insulted by.
    • Sora discovers an old graffiti she did as a child, out of noodles and meatballs, meant to be a cat, but neither Lloyd, Zane, or Arin could tell.
    Sora: That's a cat.
Lloyd: Why are there meatballs on its face?
Sora: Those are the eyes! (scoffs in annoyance)
Zane: Scanning. (scans graffiti) Zero cats detected in this image.
  • Time Skip: The series takes place several years after The Merge, which appears to have happened an indeterminate amount of time after the end of the original series- long enough for Nya to fully regain her powers and the Ninja to get new suits.
  • Trash Landing: Having taken out an Imperium drone midair, Arin and Riyu fall into a dumpster in "Mindless Beasts".
  • Tummy Cushion: Heatwave lets Wyldfyre lie down on his chest whenever he is on his back.
  • Uncertain Doom: While Lloyd, Kai, and Nya were seen in trailers so far, there have been no indications of where the other Ninja or Sensei Wu are. At one point Lloyd finds shrines to the Ninja who went missing with citizens uncertain on whether the others are okay, with Lloyd himself having a shrine to Wu in the Monastery. With Zane being found later on, it appears the odds the other Ninja have of still being out there still may be in their favor, though Wu's fate is extremely ambiguous at the moment, seemingly appearing to be some sort of ghost guiding the Ninja. Knowing how few people in the franchise actually die and stay dead, it's nearly certain Wu is alive and well.
    • The first episode of Season 2, "The Blood Moon", directly brings up the question of Jay, Wu, and Pixel's whereabouts via a hokey "news"/conspiracy guy's television program.
  • Unflinching Walk: Kai and Wyldfyre casually walk away after setting fire to the armory in "We Are All Dragons".
  • Unknown Rival: Years ago, Sora was supposed to be an assistant to Dr. LaRow, but quit after learning the unethical nature of her work, namely draining dragons of their life energy. In the present, Sora returns to Imperium, where Dr. LaRow has a new lab assistant, Jordana, who claims to have been Sora's lifelong rival. Sora has no idea who she is. Not even the Ninja know, despite some having met her.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Arin somehow managed to teach himself Spinjitzu without formal training (something Lloyd says he thought was impossible). However, his use of it is not perfect, as he does get dizzy and his Spinjitzu is not a full tornado, unlike the more experienced masters of the art.
  • Vast Bureaucracy: The Administration is a vast bureaucracy, formerly a part of the Realm of Madness, filled with thousands upon thousands of office cubicles, where forms are required to do anything and people wait in lines for literal generations.
  • Villainous Breakdown:
    • In "We Are All Dragons", Kai and Wyldfyre destroy the wrong place. What was it? Cue a Claw of Imperium.
Claw of Imperium: (looks at the burning shoulder pads) NOT THE SHOULDER PAD STORAGE! (gets down on knees and wails as Kai and Wyldfyre slowly move backwards)
    • Played much more seriously with Beatrix's, whose breakdown nearly leads to the annihilation of the merged world if it weren't for the heroes stopping her.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: Near the end of Part 1, Lloyd tells a depressed Arin that even though his parents are gone, the Ninja, Sora, Riyu, and Wyldfyre are also his family.
  • Your Costume Needs Work: To get a part needed to fix a machine, Zane enters a Zane-alike contest. He comes in third. Out of three.
  • You Remind Me of X: In "The Administration", Kai teaches Wyldfyre about having patience before her attitude makes him compare her to his old self.
