Pantheon / GUAG Rider Corps

This sub-division consists of all the good-aligned Kamen Rider deities in the Pantheon. Most of the time these people reside in their various temples on solo careers but come together whenever enemies, particularly Shocker given their shocking rate of employment of deities not even related to Tokusatsu, threaten the general peace.

Kamen Rider 1 and 2 lead this sub-division on top, while Kamen Rider Decade serves as their field leader. Takeshi and Tsukasa have the slightest of tenuous relations given previous events, though this does not change the state of the Riders. Unlike the Demonic Legion, this group is tight-knit and has not as of yet split into Showa and Heisei-based factions. However, the differences in beliefs of each generation of Riders remain.

• Threat to Melkor: Very High. His skill equals that of the Double Riders, except with the added bonus of being able to transform into every single Kamen Rider that ever existed, making him the most versatile out of all of them except perhaps Sougo Tokiwa/Kamen Rider Zi-O.

• Loyalty to Cosmos: Again, difficult to say, given his tendency to be a bit of a wild card. Her heart is in the right place though. So he's loyal.
• Threat to Melkor: Medium. Is considered The Berserker of the Showa Riders due to his brutal fighting style.

Shigeru Jo/Kamen Rider Stronger

• Threat to Melkor: Very High, given his ability to transform into two separate Riders, both incredible powerful. He’s also the Arch-Nemesis of Shadow Moon, one of the most ruthless fighters of the GUAE that anyone could face. If anybody can stop Shadow Moon, it’s him.

Note that this is just an affectionate nickname, because most of the Riders here have been in the profession for years but have only started in the Heisei era, leaving them newer compared to the Showa veterans.

The only saving grace is his Nice Guy demeanor, which prevents him from crossing the line but if they break that attitude...

• Loyalty to Cosmos: High. As a 2-in-1 Kamen Rider detective, they are dedicated to protecting the innocent and fighting evildoers throughout the Pantheon.
• Threat Level: Extreme. Due to their status as a 2-in-1 Kamen Rider, Shotaro and Philip have no problems in dealing with many villains both as one and as two. Plus, they have access to every weakness of every enemy they can encounter with Gaia Memory in hand, being able to gain new skills for themselves as well.

• Shun, JK, and Miu are unofficial members of the GUAG Super Robots. Their battle machines (Power Dizer, JK Dizer, and Queen Dizer) combine to form the "Trio the Dizer".
