Imaizumin-chi wa Douyara Gal no Tamariba ni Natteru Rashii: ~DEEP~ (Imaizumin's House Is a Hangout Place for Gals) is a manga by Gorou Nori (Nori5rou) published online by Takeshobo from March 25, 2022. It's a serialized adaptation of a hentai Doujinshi without the pornographic focus.

Keita Imaizumi happens to secretly live with the girls from his school, Reina Hamasaki, Ruri Kurumizaka, and Yukina Sasaki, with whom he's already slept. Unlike its predecessor, the story is Slice of Life, focusing on Imaizumi's Coming of Age Story and exploring what other girls are doing in their spare time.

According to Content Violations Review, DEEP version only

Imaizumin-chi wa Douyara Gal no Tamariba ni Natteru Rashii: ~DEEP~ contains examples of:

  • Accidental Pervert: Imaizumi immediately apologizes upon walking in while Ruri is changing. She asks if he really thought she would be upset, considering they are already in a sexual relationship.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Ruri normally calls Keita "Ima-chin" as a friend/lover. Lisa calls him "Chadzumi" in a similar manner.
  • Anthropic Principle: Ruri advises the gals to keep their relationship a secret at school. Reina doesn't grasp why it would be an issue, it should make Imaizumi's parents proud. Yukina realizes it may end Imaizumi's exile, and they wouldn't be able to live together anymore.
  • Balanced Harem: Each of the three main girls have about equal amounts of screentime and A Day in the Limelight flashbacks. Keita also doesn't have a preference between them. Chapter 24 even has them bring up the idea of marriage with all of them while deciding who is the Top Wife.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Reina fell for Imaizumi because he called out her classmates spreading Malicious Slander about her. Shortly after she approached him and invited herself and her friends to his place.
  • Bishie Sparkle: Imaizumi gets this often when he's excited or cute. Often followed with a reaction shot of someone looking at him and blushing in response.
  • Blood Knight: Tsutsumi Mari used to find punks in alleyways and beat them up because of own impulses, before becoming Ruri's servant, as she's calm near her. She's still prone to violence.
  • Career-Ending Injury: Yukina had to give up basketball championship because of the injured heel. If not for Reina, she's quit sports entirely.
  • Character Development: Over time Keita becomes less Shrinking Violet and starts voicing own opinions. He also starts exercising with others without anyone telling him to.
  • Chekhov's Gun: Yukina once complains about her Achilles tendon when coming home with Reina. It turns out that injury is what made her quit basketball.
  • Clingy Jealous Girl:
    • Ruri and Reina frequently bicker when one of the girls is "too clingy" with Keita. They even drag the waitress into it during their outing to a family restaurant.
    • Reina specifically is often casually physically intimate with Keita, throwing her arm around him while they are just hanging out.
  • A Day in the Limelight: Chapter 13 focuses on the other members of the Idol Research Club (Tsutsumi, Eguchi, and Koharu) and their efforts to preserve the secrecy of the harem from nosy paparazzi-types.
  • Distracted by the Sexy: Keichiro is too busy staring at Keita's photo in maid outfit to process that Mom just said to him she's going to check Keita's apartment.
  • Dragged into Drag: As punishment, Imaizumi is made to wear Ruri's clothes. As he starts protesting, Reina uses Insane Troll Logic to claim it will help him "understand a woman's feelings" and the gals take "Keiko" out for lunch.
  • The Ditz: Ruri often forgets the point she's trying to make. Reina insults her claiming she has 30 IQ. Likewise, Ruri sometimes asks Reina if she even has a brain in her head.
  • Down to the Last Play: Due to Yukina being out of practice and everyone else outside Reina not knowing how to play, the "Gals" first-years won against "Raio" third-years by a small margin.
  • Everyone Has Standards: In Chapter 11, it's revealed that Keita's mother objected to the father's decision to make Keita live by himself.
  • Eyes Always Shut: Keichiro's girlfriend Mayumi has her eyes permanently closed.
  • Family Theme Naming: The brothers, Keita and Keichiro.
  • Fanservice: While it's not a Hentai, the girls are often seen in just underwear or less and look more mature than highschoolers.
  • Fire-Forged Friends: Reina and Yukina were openly aggressive to each other when they first met in the basketball club.
  • Friends with Benefits: The gals claim to themselves that this is the nature of their sexual relationship with Imaizumi, which is why Lisa might not see a problem with trying to hook up with him too, though it’s very obvious that all of them harbor deep romantic feelings for him that go beyond physical attraction. Reina is especially attached to him and the most openly affectionate, but all three share an emotional bond with him that they’re reluctant to admit to themselves.
  • Foreshadowing: During the naration of chapter 1, Keita mentions he's in a special relationship with four women. If you look closely, you see the main trio, and Lisa shown in a panel as well. Come chapter 15, she joins the harem.
  • Generic Cuteness: Imaizumi has a Bishie Sparkle and a face-wide grin when he's happy. Sometimes this is a childish trait, but just as often we see a gal smitten by this look.
  • Good Morning, Crono: The manga starts with Imaizumi waking up to Reina massaging his Raging Stiffie.
  • Hates Being Alone: Imaizumi is implied to not be doing mentally okay without anyone being there for him.
  • Heavy Sleeper: Imaizumi can sometimes sleep up till 11 even as others are trying to wake him up. The series makes it abundantly clear that his sex life with the gals is extremely active, so this is most likely justified by his exhaustion from that.
  • Hidden Depths:
    • Ruri is a daughter of the cosmetics CEO and has her own brand. Which the other two synchronically announce by cutting rent bills into confetti. She's also not above using threats to unsure Keita's safety, despite being The Ditz otherwise.
    • Hamasaki and Sasaki have made into semi-finals in national basketball championship for middle-schoolers. Reina was even picked as the best player in the nation at her age. In a practice match they are still remarkable, and only almost lost because of Yukina's injured leg and other teammates not really being basketball players.
  • Honor Before Reason: When Ruri gives Imaizumi her credit card to cover his living expenses (and with him taking care of three extra people in his apartment, his wallet is nearly empty), he tries to find excuses to not use it and still tries to return it, even after she specifically said he'll get punished if he tries.
  • Hypocrite: The classmates try to make Imaizumi to be in the wrong for defending Reina from their Slut-Shaming because "he doesn't know her". It's not like they know a thing about her either, which is what Imaizumi replies with. They just dismiss him as a virgin.
  • Incredibly Obvious Tail: Keichiro and Mayumi have been tailing the gang with binoculars. Tsutsumi Mari, who's acting as "Queen" Ruri's self-proclaimed bodyguard, calls her about it right away and drags the two to her, and even manages to take a photo of them when they were spying last time.
  • Informed Attribute:
    • Many characters bring up In Touch with His Feminine Side as Imaizumi's main issue. He acts a bit immature for his age and lacks confidence, but aside from being a Nice Guy he doesn't have feminine qualities.
    • The three roommates are supposed to be Gyaru Girls, but they don't show it, aside having jobs related to fashion, they don't wear anything in public that'd stand out.
  • Innocently Insensitive: One of Imaizumi's friends, Maruyama, makes a remark that he has a girly face when eating ramen, with another friend calling him out because he knows for Imaizumi it's a sensitive subject.
  • I Want to Be a Real Man: Imaizumi's main struggle is not acting like a man. His father even kicked him out of the house and made him live alone because of that. Not being manly enough causes him regular pain.
  • Japanese School Club: Imaizumi, Reina, Ruri, and Yukina attend the "Idol Research Department" club. The main purpose of which is to facilitate their living-together situation and keep outsiders from discovering it.
  • Living Emotional Crutch: Reina notices Imaizumi make a Hidden Eyes face for just a moment and offers him a hug, which he needed. She also cites a scientific belief that it acts as stress-relief.
  • Nice Guy: Imaizumin tries to be a gentleman to everyone, sometimes to his own detriment, which deep down he doesn't think is cute. The girls think he's too much of an "M-type" and try to teach him to be more assertive.
  • Older Than They Look: Keita's mom looks no older than the classmates he's living with.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Keichiro knows Keita to be mentally weak and following whatever anyone says. Keita saying that he's not being exploited tells him he's doing much better than expected.
  • Parental Favoritism: Imaizumi's father has little hopes for him, compared to his brother Keichiro, because Keita needs to learn to be a man.
  • Passing Notes in Class: Imaizumi tries to discourage Ruri from playing with him during class by writing a note to her as they share a notebook. She writes back that he really wants it to happen, which is a common exchange between Imaizumi and the Gals.
  • Porn with Plot: The purpose of the ~DEEP~ serialization is to be the plot and expand the world and characters so the original doujinshi series can focus on being porn.
  • Perverted Sniffing: During the hot day, Yukina and Reina enjoy smelling Keita's sweat, and despite his objections he enjoys sniffing them as well.
  • Playboy Bunny: Chapter 23 features the girls dressed up as this playing old maid in a competition on who gets to sleep in the same bed with Keita for the week.
  • Polyamory: Imaizumi lives with three girls he has an offscreen sex life with, and neither he nor they have a problem with it. Reina’s sister Lisa also has sex with Imaizumi, though she lives in her own apartment separately from them and doesn’t appear until later when they move into the same apartment complex as her and she joins the harem. Chapter 24 has Yukina bring up the idea of being the Top Wife amongst the harem when the time comes. All of them clearly enjoy each other's company and decide to compete with each other to over who will be his legal wife and the others being concubines.
  • P.O.V. Sequel: Chapter 15 partially functions as one to the fourth doujinshi, showing the conversation the gals were having at dinner out while Imaizumi was being seduced by Lisa. Their discussion brings up that Lisa won’t make a move on Imaizumi as long as Imaizumi isn’t left alone in the apartment and Lisa doesn’t get drunk, ending with the realization that one of those conditions has already been met.
  • Psycho Lesbian: Mari Tsutsumi treats Ruri as her "Queen" and does whatever she asks for in exchange for "rewards". Ruri hugs her for bringing Keichiro and his girlfriend to the family restaurant, and agrees to wear twin tails after she helps her escape Imaizumi's apartment via the window.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Ruri lays down to Keichiro that he, who the parents consider "manly", decided to not object to Keita being kicked out of the house, then spies on him and is bothered by his "girly brother" having a harem. As an apology he decides to not tell the father about Keita's current situation.
  • Right for the Wrong Reasons: Keichiro deduces Keita has turned his apartment to a hangout place because he can't say no to girls. However, he thinks Imaizumi is being taken advantage of and does not suspect they are in a consensual polyamorous relationship.
  • Secret-Keeper: Keichiro and Mayumi agree to not tell anyone that Keita lives with three girls. Tsutsumi also keeps quiet as Ruri's "underling". Eguchi is also sworn to silence after he finds out the truth, and gets roped into the Idol Research Club.
  • Self-Censored Release: Much like The Elder Sister-like One, the Imaizumi series began as an ero doujin where the underlying relationship was so unexpectedly heartwarming that it got the more sanitized ~DEEP~ manga as a monthly serialization to expand on the popular romance. And much like that series, the author still produces the original H-doujin concurrently with the ongoing serialization, which are considered canon to each other.
  • Self-Deprecation: Yukina's big brother asks her not to sleep with people she doesn't like, or she'll end up with a crappy guy like himself who thinks she's an easy woman. She tells him to jump off the balcony.
  • Shameless Fanservice Girl: None of the girls in the harem have much modesty, wearing skimpy clothing, being in their underwear or even naked when around Keita. Then again, given how much of an active sex life they have behind closed doors, it's likely because they've grown more comfortable showing off around him to tease him.
  • Shipper on Deck: Keita’s mother takes a liking to Ruri and encourages him to act on the romantic feelings she correctly suspects exists between them, not realizing that he’s already in a relationship with her and three other girls.
  • Shown Their Work: Keita asks his classmate for advice to increase physical fitness, to which he asks to elaborate, because there are different exercises for muscle, power, or endurance, and each have a different diet.
  • Single Woman Seeks Good Man: While the girls try to deny to themselves that they are anything more than just Friends with Benefits to Keita, their interactions with Keita make it very clear that all three of them all harbor genuine love and affection for Keita far more than just pure sex for him being a kind person who enjoys their company and treats them as equals without favoring any of them.
  • Slut-Shaming: Reina's classmates badmouth her because she's a magazine model and has to be doing all kinds of things there with no basis.
  • Stalker without a Crush: Keita's brother Keichiro sometimes spies on his to see if he's actually doing okay. He happens to witness him being Dragged into Drag and starts panicking at what his "beloved brother" is doing. But later he makes Keita in drag his phone background, because it is cute.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Keita’s mother looks pretty much just like him but with boobs and longer hair. This probably contributes to the perception of him as feminine.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome:
    • Keita's low stamina gets brought up as it affects his sex life.
    • Keita is given just enough expenses to live for himself in a small apartment. Having three other people hanging out there all the time made his water bills high enough that it becomes a problem.
    • Lisa is Demoted to Extra in spite of her more or less joining the harem but is also the only one who has a job and lives in her own apartment, making it obvious she has to provide for herself to make a living.
  • The Tease: All of the gals enjoy sexually teasing Imaizumi. He puts up token resistance that everyone knows will crumble.
  • Tender Tears: Keita is prone to crying due to emotional sensitivity. He cries in the cinema while on a date with Yukina, and also when the gals win a practice basketball match.
  • Themed Harem: Keita lives with three Gyaru Girls with active sex life.
  • Third-Person Person: Ruri addresses herself in third-person.
  • To Be a Master: Reina's dream is to be Japan's number one fashionista like her sister Lisa. Yukina comes to share that goal as well.
  • Took a Level in Cheerfulness: Once Yukina realizes her feelings for Keita, she becomes much cheerier and happier around him, acting like a girl in love.
  • Tough Love: Deconstructed. Keita's father believes living alone would make him manly. This only gave him a traumatizing insecurity complex.
  • The Un-Favourite: Keita being "feminine" is enough for his father to send him live alone, which worries his brother.
  • Virgin-Shaming: Other boys don't take Imaizumi seriously because he is a virgin. Unbeknownst to them, Reina overhears that conversation and it serves as the inciting incident to begin her relationship with Imaizumi.
  • What You Are in the Dark: Yukina tries to maintain an Ice Queen personality and thinks she and Imaizumi are Friends with Benefits. She admits her own feelings in the middle of their date.
  • World of Buxom: All girls, not just ones with Keita, have a notably large bust size for what's supposed to be early highschoolers.
