John Michael Higgins (born February 12, 1963 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian best known for The Late Shift, Kath & Kim, Happily Divorced and Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law. He's currently hosting the GSN revival of Split Second.
He is married to Margaret Welsh and they have two children.
