Go wild.
"We're gonna do whatever we want!"
—Shigaraki, Chapter 240
The union formed between the League of Villains and the members of the Meta Liberation Army who survived their introduction arc, created after Rikiya Yotsubashi gave Tomura Shigaraki control of his organization.

    In General
  • Arc Villain: They're collectively the main antagonists of the Paranormal Liberation War arc.
  • Big Bad Duumvirate: The combination of two powerful villainous organizations.
  • Meaningful Rename: "Paranormal Liberation Front" abandons the title of "villain" as it makes them seem less like bad guys and more they're just different from the rest of society, and swaps "Metahuman" for "Paranormal", as a way to expand on the concept of Liberation. The name was chosen by both Re-Destro and Spinner together, signifying the unity between the two groups.
  • The Remnant: By the end of the Paranormal War, the majority of the PLF has been arrested thanks to the Heroes raids on their hideouts. Of the higher-ups, four of the Nine Lieutenants were also apprehended and one was killed. Most of the twenty-one Advisers in the Regiments faired better with only around several being captured. What was in the thousands, now dropped to about 132 members still at large and scattered across various groups. The dregs of the PLF would be absorbed into All For One's Villain army and are amongst the Villain forces participating in the Second War.
  • Shout-Out:
  • Squat's in a Name: Shigaraki states that the name of their group is just a decoration, claiming that they're going to do whatever they want no matter what.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: While the League and most of the MLA have taken the merger well, Skeptic and Trumpet are both shown to be upset or at least annoyed with having to work with the League. By the time of the PLF war, though, it seemed such animosity has fallen to the backburner.
  • Walking Spoiler: The mere existence of this group spoils the Meta Liberation Army Arc's ending that the League of Villains merged with the Meta Liberation Army, something that gives Shigaraki a massive leg up.
  • Well-Trained, but Inexperienced: Ultimately, despite the PLF holding legitimately strong fighters and the majority being trained for Quirk combat, only a few (such as some of their top brass) holds actual experience fighting against Heroes or actual enemies. As such, when forced to fight in a scenario where they largely have no time to prepare and against swarms of people used to going against Villains, most of the army falls in droves. The only major threats to the Heroes in the long term during the first war falls mostly to Shigaraki, Gigantomachia, some of the Nine Lieutenants, Nomus, and, to a lesser degree, the Advisers. By the end of it, the PLF was reduced from thousands to just 132 still active.

Leader

    The Grand Commander
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/gn.PNG

The Grand Commander of the organization is Tomura Shigaraki, having usurped Re-Destro by proving himself a more ideal leader for the army.

His entry can be found here.

Lieutenants

    In General
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/plf_lieutenants.png
Hawks meeting with the organization's lieutenants
The commanders of the army made up of the four surviving members (Re-Destro, Trumpet, Skeptic and Geten) of the Meta Liberation Army's top brass and the five remaining members (Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Spinner and Mr. Compress) of the former Vanguard Action Squad of the League of Villains. They are second only to Shigaraki in the Liberation Front's hierarchy and can form their own teams from the army's ranks at their discretion.
For Dabi, Toga, Twice, Spinner, and Mr. Compress, see here.
For Re-Destro, Trumpet, Skeptic, and Geten, see here.

Regiments and Advisers

    Regiments in General
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/plf_regiments_and_advisers.png

The Paranormal Liberation Front is divided into four regiments, each led the organization's lieutenants. Each lieutenant has a set of three advisers made up of the most capable members of their respective regiment.

There are four regiments in total. In order:

  • The "Vanguard Action Tactics Regiment", Black, led by Twice.
  • The "Vanguard Action Guerilla Warfare Regiment", Violet, led by Dabi and Geten.
  • The "Vanguard Action Intelligence Regiment", Carmine, led by Toga and Skeptic.
  • The "Vanguard Action Support Regiment", Brown, led by Spinner and Mr. Compress

  • Colour-Coded for Your Convenience: Each regiment is named after specific color to help identify them easily.
  • Elite Mooks: The advisers, who are the most capable members of their respective regiments. Hawks notes that each one is on par or stronger than the average pro hero. This is given merit when its revealed a lot of the Advisers were among the few remnants of the PLF to have escaped during the chaos. One of them even managed to kill Midnight. Though their ability to lead has taken more of a prominence than their fighting skills as the PLF was merged into All For One's faction (with the Near-High End Nomu and Tartarus Escapees essentially replacing them as elite fighters of their group).
  • Informed Ability: The advisers strength. They are said to be among the strongest of the PLF, though the few we do see during the Paranormal and even Second War are promptly defeated with ease.
  • Meaningful Name: "Carmine" is a deep shade of red that's often used to describe the color of blood. Fittingly, Toga, who's obsessed with blood, is one of this regiment's leaders.
  • Mook Lieutenant: The advisers chief role even before the Meta Liberation Army merged with the League of Villains, and still persists into the Second War. They are all commanders of their own bases scattered throughout Japan, and are adept at leading the regular soldiers of their cause. This is best shown off in the Second War, where Dabi's #2 adviser was tasked with leading a squad of his own to Jaku Ruins and Spinner's #1 & #2 advisers gathered an army in the thousands to lead them into battle at Central Hospital.
  • No Name Given: Of the Twenty-One Advisers, aside from Slidin' Go, Red, and Sanctum, the other eighteen have yet to have their names revealed.
  • Support Party Member: The Brown regiment, as it's full name implies, is made to act as support for the other regiments. It's appropriately led by Spinner and Mr. Compress, who were the League's two support fighters.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: As it stands, many of the Advisers fates following the raid on the PLF are still unknown. While the PLF arrest aftermath shows only several were arrested (implying the rest managed to escape) and a lot would go on to appear in the Second War, there are, currently, still a good deal whose fates are still up in the air, such as the Black Regiment Advisers.

Black Regiment Advisers

    Sanctum

Sanctum

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sanctum.png

The #1 ranked adviser of the Black regiment, whom Hawks describes as being the longest-serving member of the Liberation Army. He participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start.

  • Evil Chancellor: He's Twice's highest-ranked adviser, though he isn't too interested in usurping Twice, even if he thinks that Twice is just a Puppet King. In fact, he's more interested in keeping the rest of the regiment loyal.

    Twice's # 2 Adviser

Twice #2 Adviser/Pilot Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/twice_2_0.png

The #2 ranked Adviser of the Black Regiment, a monstrous purple man in a pilot-esque uniform. He participated in the Paranormal War as apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start.

    Twice's # 3 Adviser

Twice #3 Adviser/Pink Elderly Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/twice_3_adviser.png

The #3 ranked Adviser of the Black Regiment, a small pink haired elderly woman. She participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start.

  • Ambiguously Related: She shares the same pink hair and a bindi with Geten's #2 Adviser, leading to the possible they might be related.
  • Evil Old Folks: The #3 ranked Black adviser is an older woman who looks like a classic granny.
  • Granny Classic: Her design is inspired by it, which heavily contrasts with her role as a Villain.

Violet Regiment Advisers

    Dabi # 1 Adviser

Dabi #1 Adviser/Shark Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dabi_1_adviser.png

The #1 ranked Adviser for Dabi of the Violet Regiment, a shark-like man with a deranged smile. He participated in the Paranormal War and managed to escape from the mountain villa.

  • Ambiguously Related: Holds a very similar appearance to the second hired gun All For One's sent after Deku, down to the shark-like teeth and, at least in the manga, domino mask both wear. If there's any relation between them, its left unknown.
  • Domino Mask: At least in the manga, he was wearing a mask like that. In the anime, its altered to pretty much having his eyes constantly be in the shadows.
  • Savage Piercings: Both his ears and mouth are filled with piercings, helping getting across his unhinged demeanor.
  • Shark Man: He holds a shark-like appearance, especially concerning his smile.
  • Slasher Smile: In all of his appearances, from him charging into battle against the Heroes to running away from Gunga Mountain, he's never seen without his signature toothy smile.

    Dabi's # 2 Adviser

Dabi's #2 Adviser/Gas Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unnamed Gas Quirk

"She's mine."

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/scuba_adviser.png

Dabi's #2 ranked Adviser in the Violet regiment. A man who wears some sort of modified scuba suit. His Quirk allows him to form purple gas from his hands. He fought in the Paranormal War, being one of Advisers of the PLF that managed to escape from the mountain villa. When it came time for the Second War, he was tasked with leading a squad to the Jaku Ruins in order to free Gigantomachia.

  • Hero Killer: He was the one to finish off a wounded Midnight during the battle against the Liberation Front. During the Jaku Ruins fight, he brings up his murder of Midnight as a sign that the Heroes would lose. Something that gets the attention of one very enraged Mina.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: After spending most of the final battle gloating that All for One can't be stopped, he is ultimately brought low and defeated by the student who had the closest bond with his last victim.
  • Leave Her To Me: Orders his allies to leave Midnight to himself to finish off. In the manga, that is; the anime cuts out his line and leaves the identity of her killer in suspense for the moment of his reckoning.
  • Nightmare Face: He wears a modified scuba mask that, to put it frankly, is rather unnerving to look at given how its stylized as a skull.
  • Not Quite Flight: His Gas Quirk can be used to allow himself and others to float in the air much like Shirakumo‘s Cloud Quirk.
  • The Quiet One: The words above was the first, and only, quote he ever said said during the First War, but it gets the message across nice and clear.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: He hardly stands out among the rest of the soldiers during the chaotic battle, so it becomes a lot more shocking when it's revealed his attack on an injured Midnight was enough to kill her.
  • The Social Darwinist: When he has a chance to outline his worldview during the final battle, the Gas Adviser cites the “law of the jungle” to explain how the heroes’ moralizing means nothing before the sheer power of Gigantomachia. Naturally, he takes it for granted that he and his forces are counted among the “strong”- right up until Machia swats them down like so many flies under Shinsou’s command.
  • The Stoic: Even when his squad is panicking and taken off-guard by the amount of Heroes stationed at the Jaku Ruins, he remains quite calm as he takes in the situation.

    Dabi's # 3 Adviser

Dabi's #3 Adviser/Hole Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unnamed Hole Quirk

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hole_villain.png

Dabi's #3 ranked adviser of the Violet regiment, a man whose body is covered in small holes. His quirk seemingly allows the creation of holes in objects, people and seemingly himself. He was involved in the Paranormal War against the Heroes, but was defeated and arrested.

  • The Anticipator: Inverted. It's Gang Orca who manages to anticipate his sneak attack thus making him one of the few top rankers to be arrested.
  • Black Eyes of Crazy: His eye sclera is black, and he's a top member of a large terrorist organization. In the anime, his sclera has been changed to white up until he fought Gang Orca.
  • Body Horror: His body is covered in small holes that seemingly lead directly into his body. He even has them on the tips of his fingers instead of nails. Can also cause this in others as he opened several bleeding holes on Gang Orca's arm, though the full extwnt of this ability is unknown.
  • Mauve Shirt: He's an Advisor for the Violet Regiment and has a unique design, and even tried to fight Gang Orca. As such, he's promptly caught by Orca right away and is among the few Advisors to be arrested by the end of the war.
  • Nightmare Face: He's got holes in his cheeks, a weird misshapen mouth, and Black Eyes of Crazy. He's definitely not a pretty sight.

    Geten's # 1 Adviser

Geten's #1 Adviser/Bald Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/geten_1.png

Geten's #1 ranked Adviser in the Violet Regiment. He is an old bald man in a business suit. He participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start.

  • Bald of Evil: He's completely bald and a top-ranking member of the PLF.
  • Evil Old Folks: He's of the older sort for the Advisers and is a Villain.

    Geten's # 2 Adviser

Geten's #2 Adviser/Pink Masked Adviser

'"Debut:"' Chapter 258 (Manga)

"'Quirk:"' Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/geten_2.png

Geten's #2 ranked Adviser in the Violet Regiment. She is a young woman wearing a modified mask. She participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start and was shown as being apart of the Advisers that managed to escape.

  • Ambiguously Related: Has the same pink hair color and bindi with the woman from Twice's Black Regiment, though their relationship is still up in the air.
  • Made of Iron: In the manga, was apart of a mob of Villains that was hit by attacks from Edgeshot and Midnight, alongside Compress' #1 (who was defeated by them), though she was later shown down the line in the Dark Hero arc, as apart of the PLF that escaped. Given that such attacks meant getting her lungs pierced, but also inhaling essentially sleeping gas as well, her managing to get away rightfully has her in this category. In the anime, she's replaced with a generic grunt whose defeated instead.
  • Malevolent Masked Woman: She wears a mask that covers the lower half of her face, which seems to be modified for combat.

    Geten's # 3 Adviser

Geten's #3 Adviser/Fox Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

"How absurd! You mammonists must have sunk a fortune into this plan just for this!?"

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/katana_adviser.png

Geten's #3 ranked Adviser in the Violet Regiment. A Heteromorphic fox man who wields a katana and wears a business suit. He was among the higher-ups to escape the raid on the PLF and joined in the Second War.

  • Ambiguously Related: In the anime, he's given the same color scheme as the Ordinary Woman Midoriya saves during the Dark Hero arc, though whether or not they are related is left unknown.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: He wears a business suit into battle, and is somehow proficient enough in skill to be able to escape while still looking no worse for wear.
  • Capitalism Is Bad: Expresses disgust and even calls the waves of Heroes in the final battle 'mammonists' for pretty much sinking so much money on their plan to split up the villains.
  • Katanas Are Just Better: A katana is his weapon of choice when he faces off against the Heroes in the Paranormal War and Second War. Given he was shown to be among the first to escape and without injury, he must hold a good deal of skill with it.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: He's last seen getting shoved into a Warp Gate by the Heroes, meaning he was at one of the battlefields during the Second War, but where exactly he fought or if he ever really was defeated isn't made known. With all battlefields being concluded prior to all the Heroes going against All For One, its implied that, wherever he went, that the latter portion would have been most likely, but its not made clear.

Carmine Regiment Advisers

    Red

Red

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/red_44.png
Red

Skeptic's #1 ranked adviser of the Carmine regiment, a younger man with a ponytail. He was the first of the Advisers to be shown, with Red being interrupted from a conversation with Hawks by Twice. In the manga, he's one of the Advisers to be captured in the Paranormal War.

  • Affably Evil: From what little is shown of him, he's implied to be a bit on the casual side, easily able to chat with Hawks while having a drink and takes Twice interrupting them in stride.
  • Light Is Not Good: A blonde haired young man that serves as one of many higher-ups to a dangerous Villain organization.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: Winds up as apart of the set of Advisers that were caught in spite of others of his standing making it out.

    Slidin' Go
One of the #2 ranked advisers of the Carmine regiment, a chipper Affably Evil man who works as a pro hero.
His entry can be found on the main MLA page here.

    Skeptic's # 3 Adviser

Skeptic's #3 Adviser/Frog Adviser

"'Debut:"' Chapter 258 (Manga)

'"Quirk:'" Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/skeptic_3.png

Skeptic's #3 ranked adviser of the Carmine regiment, a drooling froggish man in a trucker hat.

  • Adapted Out: Likely on accident, but due to how introductions of the Regiments and Advisers are handled in Season 6 (with the Advisers being scrolled donwards from highest ranked to lowest, in conjuction with their Lieutenant's images also being on the moved across the screen before the scene quickly transitions), his only appearance so far ended up being blocked by the Lieutenant's before he could be properly displayed. It's a fate shared by Compress #3 Adviser, though they at least do make an appearance later on in the season during the initial confrontation with the Heroes to show they are still around.
  • Frog Men: He's a froggish man that makes up being the sole Heteromorph in Skeptic's Advisers.

    Toga's # 1 Adviser

Toga's #1 Adviser/Turtleneck Adviser

"'Debut:''' Chapter 258 (Manga)

'"Quirk:"' Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/toga_1_adviser.png

Toga's #1 ranked Adviser in the Carmine Regiment, a woman with light hair and a turtleneck.

  • Ambiguously Brown: Of the 21 Advisers with natural skins tones, she is depicted with darker skin.
  • Light Is Not Good: Has light hair, but is a member of a dangerous Villain organization.

    Toga's # 2 Adviser

Toga's #2 Adviser/Android Adviser

"'Debut:'" Chapter 258 (Manga)

"'Quirk:"' Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/toga_2.png

Toga's #2 ranked Adviser in the Carmine regiment, who is seemingly an android.

    Toga's # 3 Adviser

Toga's #2 Adviser/Headband Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/toga_3_adviser.png

Toga's #3 ranked Adviser in the Carmine regiment, a bulky woman in a tank top. In the manga, she's shown captured in the aftermath of the Paranormal War.

  • Amazonian Beauty: From what is briefly seen of her, she's one of the taller and bulkier Advisers in the PLF, though such traits didn't help her given her capture.
  • Genius Bruiser: She's the bulkiest of the female Advisers, but is also a Commander in the Intelligence Regiment aspect, impling she's at least that.
  • Shout-Out: She seemingly is the female villainous version of Alex, down to how she styles her hair and the headband.

Brown Regiment Advisers

    Compress' # 1 Adviser

Compress' #1 Adviser/Amplivolt Adviser

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga), Episode 115 (Anime)

Quirk: Amplivolt

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/scarred_villain_5.png

"Your numbers don't matter. I'll crack up my Amplivolt's current and unleash it... at full power! It reigns supreme!"

One of the #1 ranked advisers of the Brown regiment, an older man with a large scar on his forehead. His Quirk, "Amplivolt", allows him to charge up electricity and then release it out in a giant shockwave. He was among the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start of the Paranormal War, but was defeated and arrested.

  • Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: His scar and skunk-stripe both resemble lightning bolts, fitting a man with an electricity Quirk.
  • Badass Boast: The quote above, which is his near-immediate reaction to the heroes attacking the Gunga Mountain Villa.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: Wears a simple businessman suit on the battlefield.
  • Badass Longcoat: Enters the battlefield of the heroes' raid on the Gunga Mountain Villa in a large overcoat that sways behind him.
  • Cigar Chomper: Constantly shown smoking a cigarette, even when fighting.
  • Didn't See That Coming: He's slightly shocked when he sees that his huge discharge attack has been absorbed by Kaminari.
  • Energy Absorption:
    • Unlike Kaminari's "Electrification" Quirk, which allows him to generate electricity on his own, this guy has to absorb electricity from an alternate source, like the taser he carries, before he can use it himself. It's implied that he doesn't have to worry about short-circuiting his own brain like Kaminari does, though.
    • Ironically, he's on the receiving end of this when, during the heroes' raid on the Gunga Mountain Villa, his first discharge is absorbed by Kaminari.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: One of his defining features is the large scar that runs clean across his forehead.
  • The Worf Effect: His Quirk is neutralized by Kaminari before he's easily taken out by Edgeshot and Midnight.

    Compress' # 2 Adviser

Compress' #2 Adviser/Spiky Haired Adviser

'"Debut:'" Chapter 258 (Manga)

'"Quirk:"' Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/compress_3_adviser.png

Mr. Compress' #2 ranked Adviser in the Brown Regiment, a red haired young man. He participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start. In the manga, he's among those captured in the aftermath.

  • Spiky Hair: His most noticeable feature is that he has spiky hair, which is colored red in the anime.

    Compress' # 3 Adviser

Compress' #3 Adviser/Question Adviser

Debut:Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirk:Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/compress_3_adviser_1.png

Mr. Compress' #3 ranked Adviser in the Brown Regiment, someone that wears a mask with two questions marks on it. They participated in the Paranormal War, being apart of the Advisers to confront the Heroes at the start.

     Spinner's Advisers

Spinner's Advisers/Heteromorphic Advisers

Debut: Chapter 258 (Manga)

Quirks: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/spinner_squad.PNG

"Re-Destro was inherently beholden to the old way of things. But, behold! The cinders of liberation yearn to burn bright!"

A trio of Heteromorphic-type commanders in the Paranormal Liberation Front that serve as Spinner's advisers in the Brown Regiment, because of their 'condition'. 1st in rank is a mouthless Heteromorphic woman. 2nd in rank is a man with a spider based heteromorph that typically wears a hood. Finally, 3rd in rank is a blockheaded heteromorphic male.

All three managed to escape the raid on the PLF and are working on spreading the message of the Paranormal Liberation Front via pushing Spinner as the saviour to end mutant discrimination. By the time of the Second War, they managed to amass an army of Heteromorphic-types and two of them are working with their Lieutenant to free Kurogiri at the Central Hospital

  • Cute Monster Girl: Spinner's #1 Adviser.
  • Evil Chancellor: By the time of the Second War, it's pretty clear that while the mutant army views Spinner as their rep and is willing to back him, its the Advisers that are pulling the strings, using Spinner's newfound reputation to push their own radical agenda against Heteromorphic discrimination.
  • In the Hood: Spinner's #2 Adviser is this. It turns out because he's a Spider-based heteromorph who suffered discrimination for his appearance.
  • Mouth of Sauron. Spinner's #2 serves this role for Spinner during the Final Battle, standing atop a building and making loud proclamations that spurn on their heteromorph supporters to assault the heroes regardless of how many of them die in the process. It's given a more negative take on the usual trope, because Spinner himself has started to lose his mind from the multiple quirks All For One gave him. He eventually becomes little more than Dumb Muscle the more the fighting drags on and the harder he's pushed, to the point that Spinner's #2 has to extensively rework his Hulk Speak statements into inspiring messages for their followers; making Spinner little more than a Puppet King. He even privately curses Spinner out for making their assault more difficult than it needs to be.
  • Oh, Crap!: Spinner's #2 can only react in terror as Koda's powered up 'Hitchcock Birds' slam into him and knock him off the skyscraper he was standing on. He gets it again following being restrained and realizing that the mob the Advisers gathered no longer want to riot any longer.
  • Out of Focus: Both the 1st and 3rd Advisers were absent during the raid on the Gunga Villa, with their escape only being shown later on. That said, the 3rd Adviser was also absent when it came to the attack on Central Hospital, with his whereabouts unknown.
  • Propaganda Machine: As a part of the surviving higher-ups of the Paranormal Liberation Front, they were tasked by Skeptic to recruit as many people as possible and prepare for an eventual offensive. During the Final Battle, the #2 Advisor accompanies Spinner and serves as the Mouth of Sauron for him, making loud announcements about the righteousness of their cause and attacking the hospital in spite of the heroes pointing out the logical fallacies in supporting anarchic villainy, because Spinner himself is starting to lose his rationality after accepting a power boost from All For One necessary to fight on the front lines.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: They succeeded in their mission of freeing Kurogiri, but in the process the army they've gathered, if they weren't captured already, had pretty much given up rioting after Shoji's words resonated with them. Not to mention Spinner was now unconscious, while the #2 Adviser was defeated by Koda and captured.
  • The Quiet One: For a while, only the Hooded Adviser has ever spoken of the trio. The first line the 1st Ranked Advisor gets is during the Second War, angrily telling the mutant mob to keep on going when she finds that they have now stopped their advanced due to Shoji's words resonating with them.
  • Those Two Guys: Spinner's #2 Adviser was paired alongside Dabi's #2 Adviser during the First War, being present when the latter murdered Midnight.
