->"Revelations from the universe, I have received! Flee! Flee, good citizens! The dark lord's lips curl into a wicked crescent! The end is nigh!"

An old preacher who claims to see a horrible darkness in the near future. His Quirk allows him to manipulate
and Meta Liberation Army.
->For Gigantomachia, "Daruma Ujiko",
re-shape glass. He was sent by Dabi to attack Endeavor.
----
* BeardOfEvil: A villain with a notably long, thick WizardBeard.

and Giran, see here.
->For Nomus, see here.
->For Hawks, see here.
->For
it's implied he's one of these himself.
* CrypticConversation: His dialogue is littered with allusions to darkness and salvation.
* GlassWeapon: His Quirk allows him to manipulate glass. He primarily uses it to reshape
the Deika City citizens, see here.glass into orbs that he then rides on.
* MadOracle: Downplayed. He spouts off what seems like nonsense about a "darkness" that's on its way to destroy the world, but it's unclear how much of what he says is really nonsense.
* NotQuiteFlight: He rides on the glass orbs he creates, allowing him to float off the ground.
* ThePowerOfGlass: Starservant has the ability to manipulate glass. He can also change its consistency from solid to liquid. He hatches a plot to "destroy the darkness" he sees plaguing society by creating a giant glass orb, but Endeavor handles him fairly easily.
* ProphetEyes: His eyes are ghostly white, accentuating his prophet-like appearance.
* WizardBeard: He has a long white beard that adds to his "crazy old preacher" look.

A recently released convict with a deep admiration for Endeavor. His Quirk, "White Line", allows him to manipulate lane lines painted on the road. It's later revealed that Dabi was the one to dispatch Ending to Eandeavor.
----
* AllThereInTheManual: His Quirk's name and its proper description were first stated in the Volume 26 extras.
* ArcVillain: The closest the Endeavor Agency arc has.
* DeathSeeker: Ending believes that the only thing humans can choose freely is how they die and has become obsessed with making sure his death is at Endeavor's hands.
* MindOverMatter: Limited exclusively to lane lines painted on the road.
* MummyWrap: He uses his Quirk to bind Natsuo with lane lines he strips from the road.
* StalkerWithoutACrush: He's obsessed with Endeavor, to the point that the first thing he did after getting out of a seven-year stint in prison, before even eating, was to go to the Todoroki home and scope it out.
* SuicideByCop: His goal. He sees Endeavor as his one "hope," but laments that seven years ago he lacked the commitment to fight to the death. In the present day, he's fixated on getting Endeavor to kill him.
* VillainousBreakdown: He breaks down into hysterical tears when he is not only stopped by Bakugo and Shoto, but also doesn't manage his goal of being killed:
-->Ending: This is all wrong! Not you guys! Not you! It wasn't supposed to be like this!
* WhatMeasureIsANonHuman: He discusses this, pointing out that while heroes aren't supposed to kill villains, Endeavor killed the High-End Nomu Hood, which isn't quite dead or alive. Ending claims to be the same as the Nomu in that regard and urges Endeavor to kill him.

* TheRemnant: By the end of the Paranormal War, the majority of the PLF has been arrested thanks to the Heroes raids on their hideouts. Of the higher-ups, four of the Nine Lieutenants were also apprehended and one was killed. Most of the twenty-one Advisers in the Regiments faired better with only around three being captured. What was in the thousands, now dropped to about 132 members still at large and scattered across various groups. The dregs of the PLF would be absorbed into All For One's Villain army and are amongst the Villain forces participating in the Second War.

* WellTrainedButInexperienced: Ultimately, despite the PLF holding legitimately strong fighters and the majority being trained for Quirk combat, only a few (such as some of their top brass) holds actual experience fighting against Heroes or actual enemies. As such, when forced to fight in a scenario where they're largely have no time to prepare and against swarms of people used to going against Villains, most of the army falls in droves. The only major threats to the Heroes in the long term during the first war falls mostly to Shigaraki, Gigantomachia, some of the Nine Lieutenants, Nomus, and, to a lesser degree, the Advisers. By the end of it, the PLF was reduced from thousands to a measly 132 still active.
