I was wondering if Tifa's fight against Hayate could count as a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown. Many of the criterias are gathered (blood, aversion of Beauty Is Never Tarnished...), but Tifa manages to fight back, until Hayate "pulls a Byakuya on her" (what can I say : this quote from the trope page is quite accurate). So, it's definitly not a Curb-Stomp Battle. Also, Hayate doesn't continue to attack her once she's down.
So... Well, it's open to discussion. I wouldn't want to pull a Square Peg Round Trope.

Not entitlement. Just that three years is a long time in internet-video land, especially considering the first five all came out within months of one another. I was just legitimately wondering if he was still planning to put more out.

Last he posted on his Devart page, he was still working on them. He just has a real job in the same field now, which tends to make it harder to do the same thing as a hobby. Both in terms of time it eats up, and in terms of how much enthusiasm you can muster.

Ah, I didn't realize he had a Devart page (it's not a site I check frequently...or, well, at all). I'd just been going by the Game Trailers page, which hasn't seen an update since the last full video came out.
Question: What trope would you use for Tifa continuing the fight against Hitomi after Poisoning, Blinding, and whatever other ST-Effect she may have put on her?
Technically, Tifa could have turned around and left. With Hitomi obviously blinded, as well as not all that steady on her feet, The fight was basically over from an outside perspective.
When Hitomi took up that Wing Chun stance, Tifa could have turned around and walked out, and avoided all those problems (Losing her Materia, All those Wounds, not to mention getting clocked out by Hayate.)
Then again, the fight might have been picked up by Hayate as she left, but she would have been in a much better state to handle it.
PS: I already planned to put this on YMMV. I just don't know what trope name it goes under.

Could someone explain to me the significance of the bright white materia in Hitomi's back that may or may not be visible if you pause the movie at just the right moment?

The only materia that is white in Final Fantasy VII is the White Materia, which is used to converse with the Planet. It's only been seen to do one thing - create the ultimate white magic spell, Holy. It's said in canon to be equal in power to the Black Materia, which casts Meteor, a spell capable of causing a planet-wide apocalypse.
Essentially, it's a materia many, many, many times more powerful than any of the other materia you saw her use. However, the game was unclear about the conditions required to use it - the only person who used it was a Cetra (and ancient race who conversed with the Planet). .

Though this is an incredibly late reply, I figure it might be useful for anyone coming here that doesn't know the game;
The fact that it seems to be glowing might also be significant; in FFVII it only starts to glow once its magic has been activated (there's a whole short hunk of the plot that revolves around finding a way to get a look at it so the party can know by the glow if the person who used it had managed to successfully get it working or not). If it was the White Materia, and if Marty's using that bit of canon (all the materia's glowing, so he might not, but at the same time lesser materia is always actively usable so that might not mean anything), then by the end of part 5 it's officially gotten involved even if we aren't going to see the results yet.
Okay, I'm seeing things listed that I know didn't happen in episodes 1-5. Is there somewhere else that new videos are being posted?

I've seen some preview stuff on youtube, such as a clip featuring Kairi, Namine, and Vincent. I don't know if that's where the information you're seeing is coming from or not.
That must be it, since the stuff I was referring to was talking about those three.
