- My Immortal screws up grammar so badly that it occasionally, by pure chance, winds up spelling a completely unrelated word correctly. One of the funniest was when she managed to misspell "masturbating" as "masticating." Who knew Draco wanted to shit next to Ebony so badly, he and Vampire began shooting at each other?

I mean, given the nature of fanfics, I know this happens pretty frequentally, but at the very least we could still use it to list some of the more unintentionally funny examples of this trope.
Isn't it called the Cupertino Effect due to the iPhone bringing that kind of autocorrect fail into the mainstream conciousness? (See sites such as Damn You Autocorrect)

Probably should get working on that essay now...One thing I've noticed is the phrase "Buck naked" being misheard as "Butt naked" to the point of it being printed as the latter in a magazine. Not sure if this should be a part of the article though.
