Not specifically, but using a wrecking ball as a weapon would be covered by the more broad Construction Vehicle Rampage.

Just "Wrecking Balls" would be chairs- they exist, things going smash is cool.
On the tropeable side, though: in addition to Construction Vehicle Rampage (stealing a crane with a wrecking ball is a course of action, not an object), there's also the intersection of Improbable Weapon User and Epic Flail- say, a character with Super-Strength uses a huge wrecking ball as their favorite weapon to emphasize their recklessness and raw power.

^ It's funny that you're acting like focusing on the Rule of Cool aspect is a ridiculous thing here, when a wrecking ball's destruction being used for Rule of Cool is something more tropeworthy than a wrecking ball just existing which is pure chairs.
But the concept is covered well enough by Construction Vehicle Rampage anyway.
