Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I agree that the page is really gross, even if the series is known for that.
One quote remains and it is borderline acceptable. I left it as it comes from the game itself and it is simply facepalming.
That entire work probably bears watching - best scan it for unsavoury elements (beyond the work's actual remit).
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - Fighteer^ I'll keep all pages on watch. Since I used to play four of the series' games, I have some first-hand knowledge about when the series delves into lewdness, and will keep an eye out for inappropriate edits.
Tbh I feel as the statement from the creator and the "Tits is life, ass is hometown" was acceptable. It's a pretty popular quote from the creator (if not the most popular) and it's a meme. It's also on the YMMV page for Memetic Mutation so I don't think it violates the No Lewdness No Prudeness rule that badly.
^ Yeah, I agree that those quotes should be okay. Especially "Tits are life, ass is hometown", that quote is iconic (I haven't played any of the games and I've heard it).
I re-added the "tits are life, ass is hometown" quote per the responses on this query.
Keet cleanup^ I don't think re-adding that back in is ok. The mods never gave approval.
Perhaps best to continue discussion on the discussion page.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanBumping this because I've officially started a discussion about the quote.
Bump. Anyone else interested in joining the quote discussion?
Does Quotes.Senran Kagura look very... off... to anyone? All of the quotes are nothing but perverted statements from the developers, publishers, journalists and players, with no in-game quotes from the characters to balance it out. I get that Senran Kagura is a Fanservice-driven series but, this to me looks like it's pushing a bit too far.
