Yeah, I got the same problem. Clicking on the Time Zone setting on my profile doesn't do anything. It won't show the drop-down menu at all. It does show the drop-down menu for Relationship Status.
I'm assuming this might have something to do with the site crash the other day?

Blank for weeks since the crash now, and I’ve only changed my profile a few days ago. The displayed time’s 15 hours behind for some reason.

^ We're stuck in Pacific Standard Time I think, so for me (who is in Eastern Standard Time), I'm 3 hours behind. If you live somewhere in, say, Europe, then...yeah...

I haven't changed my profile after the crash. The only time I added anything was my signature, and that was a while ago. But, yeah, same here.
Is anyone else also unable to change their regions/titles/relationship status?

Well, I was able to change my time-zone back to normal. For those who are still stuck on Pacific Time, give it a try now. It should work.
Hmmm. Even though I changed it back and it says I'm in EST, I'm not in EST according to the timestamps.
