I don't mind having "Fridge Humor" as a trope.

Maybe its because with Fridge Humor, you would have to explain the joke? But you could always just overlap that wifh Rule of Funny and label it as a "smart joke".
But yeah, i wouldnt mind seeing Fridge Humor as a trope

There's Late to the Punchline for in-universe versions at least.
I think it tends to fall under Fridge Brilliance, because Fridge Brilliance is often positive — it can encompass anything clever or funny. Fridge Horror is the opposite; the umbrella for anything negative. You could parcel humor out into a separate trope if there's enough support for it, but I don't think it's strictly necessary, and I don't know how much success there would be for another Fridge trope — Fridge Logic used to be a thing too, but it was turned into Headscratchers. I would just put any humorous entries under Fridge Brilliance, or perhaps on the Funny page with an explanation.

^ Yes, but it's not a thing that gets used on the Fridge pages anymore, as far as I'm aware. The Fridge Logic page defines it, but Headscratchers are where discussions take place. I just think it's unlikely another iteration of Fridge would succeed, when Brilliance can encompass it and we already have a separate page for Funny. But somebody can always take it over to the Launch Pad and try their luck.
I'm pretty sure they're actually distinct concepts, even if the line is thin and ambiguous, so they both still exist even if Fridge Logic isn't as used anymore. Could be wrong though... no big deal either way.

Hilarious in Hindsight only applies to later events making something funnier. Fridge Humor would be something that inherently comes from the content itself.
It'd be like comparing Fridge Horror to Harsher in Hindsight.
I'm just trying to understand why this isn't a trope yet. Does it fall under Fridge Brilliance or is there some other reason for it?
