What sort of Psychology Tropes or trope fits this scenario:
In an episode of an anime about bounty hunters Alice and Bob, they see a mighty battle take place on the field, involving a Captain Ersatz of The Incredible Hulk, and death, Stuff Blowing Up, even body parts. This sort of thing should be psychologically damaging to the average person (Alice and Bob are humans in this Fantasy Kitchen Sink), but Bob laughs it off and says "Ehh, I've seen worse, in the fires of Hell."
Is there a trope for where a character finds war on Earth so desensitizing because they've seen worse in a place like Hell?
