Ooh, I've Seen It A Million Times, but I don't think any one trope covers all of the various permutations.
- A quicker and less extensive change of appearance than One-Winged Angel would be Game Face — e.g. a vampire or Uplifted Animal flashing fangs.
- Self-Mutilation Demonstration is someone with a Healing Factor showing it off with a self-inflicted wound, and carries the implication of "This means I can outlast you in a fistfight".
- Smashing an inanimate object... my best guess would be a non-verbal variation of Don't Make Me Destroy You or If I Wanted You Dead....
- Dead Animal Warning is something that can be done mundanely, so I doubt it's what you're looking for.

Ah, the inspiration that only comes a split-second after hitting the post button. I did another search and found Barehanded Bar Bending and the supertrope Intimidation Demonstration.

Edited by Miss_Desperado If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight.

There's Monster Façade.
Is there a trope for when a normally unassuming supernatural character flexes just enough to remind whoever their talking to that they aren't harmless? It seems related to one-winged angel, but instead of it being "the next level" its a brief show of force.
