Yeah, if anything those should be removed from the characters pages.

Quizzical Tilt could be a character trope if it's a recurring feature of a character, but looking at the actual example, it's "did this once", so that's an easy call for moving.

The other two seem correct to me. Also, I'm not sure which index you mean? As far as I know, there isn't an index that strictly delineates which tropes are character tropes, confirmed here although that was in 2018.

Also, there is an Are these Character Tropes? thread where this could be asked.

^ Characters as Device, Characterization Tropes and Stock Characters would be indexes listing character-based tropes, in none of which the three cited tropes are. I'm not sure if they set a hard line between which pages go on work pages and which ones don't, but to my understanding they list tropes that are predominantly tied to the traits, habits and/or qualities of characters. So that would disqualify Organic Technology, and like you said Quizzical Tilt isn't done recurringly by the movie's character anyway. Xenomorph Xerox, upon looking at the indexes it's listed under Villains, so I think that can stay in the Characters index. However, both the other two and another one I hadn't mentioned (Patriotic Fervor, which isn't listed under any of the character-specific indexes) should be brought back to the work page.

I'm waiting for one more person's second opinion. And for future reference, I'll make sure to bring up cases like this to the Character Tropes thread!
