Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I'm sure this was covered in a previous thread or ATT and, as you say, the view was that the umbrella comic book page (e.g. ComicBook.X Men) should be the full list of comic works and the Franchise page should focus on other media.
I think there was a suggestion that the Franchise could list more than one umbrella page - e.g. ComicBook.New Mutants and ComicBook.X Force both fall under the X-Men franchise, but it wouldn't go down to the level of listing X-Force (2019) etc.
I think there's just been a lack of tropers with time to cleanup
I'll try to find the post.

Current Project: Incorruptible Pure Pureness^ Thank you!
Crazysamaritan's mod guidance: ComicBook page should be summarizing/indexing all comics within the franchise. Franchise page should summarize cross-media adaptation history., not repeat all the comic detail.
The dedicated Marvel cleanup thread should be able to help with this.
Edited by Mrph1Okay, got it! I think I'll start to put the comic series on the Comic Book namespace now.
You might want to delete the "describes the team" notes you added to a few pages, too - the umbrella ComicBook page does describe the comics, and will usually include tropes not specific to a particular series or a single creator's run.
(Or for cases where the relevant series doesn't have its own page)
Detail on the team of characters will probably be elsewhere.

I'm making some edits and I've noticed that the Comic Book namespace for several Marvel franchises (ComicBook. The Avengers, ComicBook.X Men, etc) don't actually list the comic series runs, they describe the team/character. The comic runs are collected on their Franchise pages (Franchise. The Avengers, Franchise.X Men) I was adding links to the franchise pages and was wondering if I should just put the comic runs there as well on the Comic Book namespaces (since well, they're comics) and I didn't see a discussion on this topic.
