Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Ah okay so its an episode title. Fair enough

This is basically what I've been saying, that Stone Ocean is neatly divisible into three distinct sections by chapter count and there should be three Openings to fit. The only bit where I missed was putting Sports Max at the end of the first section instead of the start of the second section, and it makes more sense this way:

• OP 1: Jolyne's adventures in prison, making friends and fighting to save her dad. Ends with Jolyne meeting Pucci and triumphing over White Snake in a small way by sending Jotaro's Stand Disk to him.

• OP 2: Starts with Sports Max, a transitionary arc to get Jolyne into the Maximum Security Ward and also sets up for the plot that happens in this section. Ends with Jolyne fighting Pucci.

• OP 3: Starts with Miumiu, a transitionary arc to get Jolyne out of prison and also sets up the plot that happens in this section. Ends with Jolyne fighting Pucci and his Incredible Evolving Stand.

Screw people who say that Stone Ocean is aimless and not plotted out well, it's the best plotted out Part of the whole series!

...Okay, this is just outright stupid. Enigma and KISS are a no-go, but Super Fly and Like a Virgin are copyright-friendly?

Yeah, I was pretty shocked at the Like A Virgin cuffs keeping their name. Maybe they were able to get away with saying it only once, since they didn't name them again.

So, we already have answers to Mickey and Spider-Man in the form of Bugs and Batman, but considering Peter Pan and Tinkerbell are modeled after their Disney designs, who could be our substitutes for them?

Probably just use the non-Disney versions of them, just like they're going to do for The Seven Dwarfs and Pinocchio.

I swear, if we end up seeing the Warners during Bohemian Rhapsody... the world is not ready for it.

One thing that always bothered me about Bohemian Rhapsody is that it kills you by pulling out your soul and making your soul live out your favorite story from the perspective of the character you most identify with. So, I guess Anasui most identified with the wolf who gets his belly filled with rocks? We knew he had issues, but damn. Plus, what if you don't identify with any character in your favorite work of fiction, what then? What if you super love a work of fiction but don't really identify with any character in it, you just love it for some other reason?

Also, what happens if the work of fiction is episodic, like Animaniacs? Do you just live out your favorite episode?

So, considering the fact that female Anasui was left out of the anime, how much do you wanna bet that once we get to Steel Ball Run, we won't be seeing fat Funny Valentine?

Fat Funny is a legit thing, though. He only swaps to a leaner model once he's fighting.

That moment when you think you have your favorite YouTubers found out, but then...

I think I'm roughly the same age as most Youtubers I watch (early 20s).

It's a really weird thing to realize at first, but it helps to stop putting them on a pedestal and realize they're people just like you.

I honestly get the feeling that if Tamaki Damo were to go up against every major villain, he'd probably be able to defeat most of them, if not kill them. Like, what would characters like DIO, Kira, Diavolo, Pucci, or Valentine be able to do if they were touched by Vitamin C? Granted, I think the Ultimate Life Form DNA on Kars and Wonder of U on Tooru would be too much for Vitamin C to bypass, but 5/7 villains incapacitated wouldn't be a bad track record if Damo wasn't an antagonist himself.

I forget how Vitamin C works but doesn't he have to take his victims by surprise? DIO can just throw knives. Diavolo can skip time and punch his face in.

If people touch his handprints, they turn liquid. It’s about laying traps the opponent won’t expect, so it can’t get Diavolo because Epitaph sees the future, nor Valentine because the liquid president can just pass his Stand to a solid one.

He’s one of the few very few counters to Tooru, though, as his handprints are traps and won’t activate unless Tooru is the one doing the pursuing.

Wow, yeah, the main villain of the first half of Part 8 is actually a pretty decent counter to the main villain of the second half of Part 8.

Y'know, with any luck, I'm expecting David Production to show us Ireneverse!Jotaro, and considering how much attention the marketing's been giving her, I wouldn't be surprised if there were an equivalent to F.F. to keep her from being entirely Ret-Gone.

That would be so dope. FF is 2nd best character in SO.

In some respects, I honestly feel bad for every seiyuu voicing the main characters besides Fairouz Ai, Atsumi Tanezaki, and Tomokazu Seki, because aside from Jolyne, Emporio, and Pucci, all of the main characters end up being Out of Focus for a good while.

•Mutsumi Tamura: Ermes is put out of commission for the entire Maximum Security Ward arc.
•Mariya Ise: F.F. dies at the end of the Maximum Security Ward arc.
•Yuichiro Umehara: Weather doesn't get introduced until late into the Green Dolphin Street Prison arc, and doesn't return until the Cape Canaveral arc.
•Daisuke Namikawa: Anasui doesn't do anything until early on in the Maximum Security Ward arc, and he doesn't get much relevance until the Cape Canaveral arc.
•Daisuke Ono: Jotaro is put out of commission early on in the Green Dolphin Street Prison arc, and doesn't return until the end of the Cape Canaveral arc.

Well, Ono's been voicing Jotaro for ages now, since 2012 or so.

I'm the opposite, I feel sorry for the actors who never got to take a break.

I still like how Kira Buckland said on Twitter that, because she and Casey Mongillo are roommates, the scenes where Jolyne and Emporio are talking to each other are literally just two roommates having a conversation.

Someone on Twitter pointed out that while DP removed the dialogue of Jolyne telling FF that she throws like a queer, they have a shot in the opening of a rainbow over FF as she throws the baseball to Jolyne.
