What is it with the military and push ups?

It's one of the basic exercises for PT, and the APFT uses them as one of the categories. Plus it's a cheap exercise requiring no equipment, and it's also used to smoke someone when they fuck up.

At my best when I was in I could do 75-80 in 2 mins.

I kind of hate push-ups, but I hate burpees even more. You like push-ups and jumps? Combine them!

I wish I had known about vertical push ups sooner. ^_^;;

Man I really should finish my notes for Sunday's Cyberpunk RED game, but I'm procrastinating.

I really don't like the current trend of portraying Norsemen (and other ancient Germanic groups) with that faux-hawk haircut seen everywhere these days. While I dislike it mainly for aesthetic reasons, there isn't much written or archeological evidence about hairstyles among Norse tribesmen, beyond vague mentions that high-society men had often long hair. It sorta looks like a severe misunderstanding of the Suebian knot, though from several centuries before the actual Viking Age. But beyond an interest in historical research, in pop-culture I've always preferred my Vikings with long hairstyles, looking like rockers from the 70's and 80's.

I wish I could take out a loan but that would require that I pay the loan back.

You know, statistically speaking, somebody who claimed that "I'm asking for a friend" was probably telling the truth. Same for people claiming that "I only read it for the articles."

Yeah, that's why you need to balance it out with good writing. Don't lump kids with stupid people or expect perfection from your audience but I guess I'm getting my (insert noun here) in a twist.

I reckon they are desined in a way which makes yellow look nice on them.

I think I am experiencing a crisis of faith in regards to a game I thought I understood.....but didn't really.
