I hate Oxide Station. I'm about to quit for good. No matter what I do I can't get under 3:30. Most of the time I just restart. Am I thinking too hard again?

Am I weird for strangely feeling emotional/weepy a few minutes after drinking coffee (presumably when caffeine starts to kick in)?

Phew; I'm now all caught up with Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin and My Hero Academia. :) I know there's the expression "saving the best for last," but nevertheless, whoever decided to put My Hero Academia on at 2:30 in the morning should be made to watch Elaine dancing.

Good thing I have Crunchyroll, then.

Speaking of electronic stuff, should I upgrade to Windows 10? My mom seems rather insistent that I do it right now for some reason, although I think I let my friend do it. After all, he's the one who built this computer for me in the first place. It's five years later and it's still running excellently.

Well, I say that you should give it a try. After all, my big brother has Windows 10 in his PC and so far it was good enough.

So after hitting a 3:32 I've somehow just deteriorated. Could it be because there's people? I unlocked Tropy's ghost without the presence of my father... but now he's here and playing his game and every little sound from it puts me off. What's wrong with me?

I wonder why people get so hung up on video games.

Same reason people get so hung up about any other media, I guess.

I just realised... in real life the last Tasmanian Tiger died in captivity. Tiny Tiger is a Tasmanian Tiger... so in the Crash canon, that would make Tiny the last living Tasmanian Tiger.

i had an insane Binding of Isaac run earlier on 3DS. my first item was the Pinking Shears and it only went uphill from there. Monstro's Lung, Cricket's Head, all five pieces of Guppy, Dark Bum, and more. i just started playing on 3DS so i ended up unlocking Cain, Azazel, Judas, Lazarus, and Eden all on that run. it was one of the best runs ive ever had, second only to the time i gpt Ipecac, Monstro's Lung, Cricket's Body, and Pyromaniac all at once and every room exploded every time i pressed the fire button.

So I had a fun, maybe even novel, idea for a RPG protagonist: a Silent Protagonist who is actually mute.

Most of his characterization would come from internal monologues, complete with severe burns that would tragically never be vocalized.

This would also have implications on the gameplay: see, most RP Gs give you the ability to influence the way the plot develops through dialogue tree, in this you could only do so trough actions and trial-and-error.

For instance, if on a certain side-quest you are asked by a noble to deliver a letter to someone, you could make the choice of going to that noble's rival and reveal the contents of the letter to him, therefore changing the way that quest's plot line develops.

I find it a neat idea, not to mention a more organic way of inserting player choice into the story, forcing them to actually pay attention to the minute details of the plot and think through the possible ramifications of their actions, Undertale-style, rather than simply spoon feed them everything.

I've watched several Simpsonwave and vaporwave videos, but I don't get the feeling of nostalgia that others get from them. Most fake VHS graphics in 2010s media fail to seem nostalgic to me. You'd have to be doing something on purpose to make a VHS so grainy and degraded.

Ever since I left the library my mind keeps experiencing these mental stops...like "Don't do that, it's dangerous."

It stops my writing and my brainstorming and I stay stuck in my rut...it's contemptible...

Other people don't have that problem...

The CaC nerfing patch finally came out for Jump Force and I feel like praising the heavens above for destroying that cheese.

I figured out what to call the main nation of my latest writing project - Mayland. Settled on a flag and thinking of coat of arms ideas right now :)

It's a shame that doves and pigeons are so hard to purchase/adopt when they're much better pets than any other pet bird. They're clean, they make cute cooing noises, they're so mellow, you can put diapers on them, they require little-to-no taming because they're a domesticated species, they don't fly much, they're large enough to pet, they come in dozens of breeds...

(x3) Intrusive thoughts are common in pretty much every anxiety disorder. It just doesn't get talked about much compared to the actual anxiety.

Tends to attract weird looks.

I would say that the Rainforest Cafe is a great place to relax, but that's not all. They got me seated by the dolphins again. It feels very symbolic. :)

x5 can you train them not to poop inside? id imagine that's the biggest obstacle to owning one. bird poop is bad enough outside.

e: wait, you can diaper them? that seems unhygienic.

This random thought occurred to me today. How did that misconception come about, that lemurs played a role in the evolution of the other primates, including us humans?
