I've got a runny/stuffy nose and a sore throat to match. I woke up this morning feeling unusually better about it than I had been, thinking, "Hey! Maybe it blew over already...!" Ha. As if. Being able to talk sure would be nice.

I did end up going somewhere this evening, but luckily, I was feeling okay by then.
It's times like these when I'm glad I've already graduated from school, because trying to get to school when I was in that state would've been a complete nightmare.

OK, so it turns out I have a sinus infection again. The fact that my stomach was upset earlier this month seems to have been unrelated to any illnesses.

Head's been hurting 2day, and every day feels like I'm gonna puke at any given hour.
So I accidentally took 1 more tylenol then I'm supposed 2 :3 which hasn't really had any effect on me. I feel like I'm coming down with something again, but I think I'm fine at the same time. Maybe it's just my mind.

Feeling some mild vaccine side effects today (just the typical fatigue, soreness, and fever) - definitely still better than actually being sick, though, so I'm glad I did it.
Helps that I didn't really have anything planned for today.

Since I'm over being sick, I intend to get vaccinated myself this week, possibly even tomorrow. I suppose I could edit this post once that's been done, especially since I often end up with side effects myself, and that might affect my site activity.

Got my COVID shot today, but the main side effect this time is pain and stiffness in my upper arm. I still haven't been feeling the best lately due to allergies, though.
As for the flu shot, I'll get that in a week or so.

So, it turns out a factor in why I've felt so bad this fall (resulting in lowered site activity from me) is that my sodium levels are too low, so my doctor increased the amount of sodium chloride tablets I take from one 1g tablet a day to two a day.
I guess this does mean I can't be called too salty, because it's been scientifically proven that I'm not salty enough.

No clue if it belongs here but I think I’m allergic to peas. My mouth got itchy from eating some at dinner. At least the fried rice my mom and I made for the first time was great.

After working on my sodium levels since a day or two before my previous post, I've noticed improvement with the symptoms (Wikipedia goes over what they are
), and I did see that I've been more active on TRS than I had been (though I don't think I'm completely back on my feet).

Had a nasty toothache through the night. Painkillers helped, but it made for an... interesting time trying to settle down to sleep. Mind over matter is a lie.
I'll be more careful with what I eat for the time being to prevent it from happening again.
UPDATE: According to my ex-dental staff mother, this might be a wisdom tooth emerging. Better late than never, I guess...?

Welp, just after I was getting my sodium under control, I ended up catching a cold. Just my luck.

A hot shower first will clear you up enough to get going on that.

I think I might be coming down with a mild cold. A few days ago my sinuses were hurting a lot (it hurt when I swallowed), and even thought my sinuses have stopped hurting, my nose has become more runny and stuffed for some reason and my head has been hurting a bit.

Its getting better now but I went to the pub last night and I have been so hungover today. God bless tylenol and soda. Why do I do this to myself. At least I didn't throw up, but I definitely felt like I was gonna this morning.

I've been dealing with stomach problems of my own since last week, due to a virus I caught at some point last week. It tends to take me a while to get over illnesses due to my immune problems, but I think I have felt better in the past few days than I did last week, though I had a fever earlier. (I don't think Thanksgiving had anything to do with why I got sick. I think it was just bad timing.)
