Edward Jennings is an ambitious missile scientist from the 20th century who leads an expedition on Marlo IV in search of riches. He comes to Marlo IV and finds a civilisation which used nerve gas to enslave a race of giants. Edward pretends to be their friend before using atmosphere-burning bombs to wipe out all life on the planet and steal the gas in order to reduce Earth’s people to his unthinking slaves. When a time anomaly takes him 60 years into the past, Edward’s doesn’t miss the opportunity to gloat about his crimes to what he believes to be an alien, actually his grand uncle Harry.
^ "Edward pretends to be their friend" - whose friend? The civilisation or the race of giants?

Trivia.Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage:
- What Could Have Been: Colorful Stage! was originally conceptualized to be a direct successor to the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series that would combine social mechanics with the gameplay of Diva Arcade. However, as explained in an interview, various production difficulties and changing trends would cause the developers to scrap this concept and make Colorful Stage! an entirely separate game from the Project Diva series.

And make this game instead... of itself? You haven't referred to any other game, so the part that says "and make this game instead" could just be removed.

- At Worlds End 2023, Eddie emerges victorious over Jon to become the inaugural AEW Continental Champion. Following the match, Eddie puts all three titles in the middle of the ring and kneels down to Jon as a sign of respect. Jon then rises to his feet and embraces Eddie before leaving the ring to allow Eddie to savor his triumph, finally reconciling after months of feuding.
- Jon typically gives Shota Umino a lift back to the locker room after his matches, whether the Young Lion wins or loses. However, their roles are reversed at Windy City Riot (2024), where Shota assists Jon in getting back on his feet after the latter wins the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship and subsequently gets attacked by Ren Narita.
- No Export for You: The anime series only saw an international release in Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan.
- In 2021, the second episode of the Chinese animated series Wangpai Yushi was disappeared from Chinese streaming services. Though no valid reason has yet been given, people have speculated that the reason behind its disappearance might be because of a scene featuring a brief cameo of a Winnie the Pooh toy, with his face pixelated. Winnie the Pooh is a political taboo on mainland China, as the Pooh Bear was used by internet users to compare him to Chinese president Xi Jinping.
- YAT Anshin! Uchū Ryokō only saw an international release in Hong Kong and Latin America.

- Naruto: Naruto is a rare male example, of a protagonist in addition. He has a striking appearance, an eccentric character, and a mysterious origin, as initially no one in the village knows who his parents are or where he came from. He improves the lives of everyone he meets along the way in this way. For example: he helped several antagonists make a Heel–Face Turn and inspirged Hinata, his future wife, to become stronger and braver.

I want to add new content to Lute from Hazbin Hotel.
Lute
- Straw Hypocrite: What the Lieutenant is at her reviled core from start to finish. A rightwing, self-righteous, murder-happy crusader-lite who uses heaven's will and personally volatile discretion as an excuse to mette out rather harsh and unjustified executions upon those already being punished for their past crimes. Lute shows herself to be infinitely no better, if not worse, than most infernal realm denizen sinners. She even has the nerve to slight the relationship between Charlie and Vaggie as gospelly repulsive while running dangerously close to skirting along the tenants on four out of nine circles of Hades.
- Heresy: For taking the lord and the domain she serves name in vain to satisfy her cruelty and bloodlust. These are several things that heaven does not stand for in the first place.
- Violence: Twofold as Lute's zealotry against sinners and those she perceives as unholy filth makes her just as bloodthirsty & meanspiritedly soulless. Lieutenant had committed a duel act of unnecessary brutality, both against her subordinate Vaggie, taking her eye and her wings before departing without the ex-exterminator, and against herself, when tearing off her arm to get free so she could resume pointless conflict with the fallen angel.
- Trechery: One of her most serious crimes so far. Lute figuratively stabbed Vaggie in the back and left her for dead. All because said underling couldn't bring herself to murder a sinner child in cold blood. Going so far as to rip her a new one by gouging out her eye and stripping her of her wings out of cruel spite is a primary offense against the holy.
- Fraud: Probably the most critical, as well as personal, etches against Lute's bloody ledger. Being a willing conspirator in Sera and Adam's veiled scheme of butchering condemned souls without knowledge, let alone rightful sanction, of the rest of the heavenly host. Thus making Lute and all whom she does the bidding of out to be not only Jerkass Consummate Liar's, but an even more significant threat to the very order she and Sera tout to justify their unjust actions. Actions of which that cathartically ended up spawning the very uprising Lute's superior initially feared.
Spruce provides Branch comfort when Branch thinks Floyd is gone.
Hearing that Poppy hasn't met anyone...John Dory smiles with delight and feels flattered that...
...Branch nevertheless appreciates his...

YMMV.Sonic The Hedgehog Film Series:
- Broken Base:
- Perhaps the biggest disagreement between fans is how the films fare as adaptations of the games. Some fans find them to be fine adaptations that stay true enough to the games, while providing unique twists on the Sonic lore. By contrast, others hate the films precisely because they're relatively unfaithful to the games compared to other modern adaptations like the IDW comics and Sonic Prime, and wish Paramount had stayed truer to the games instead.
- The general lack of game music in the movies. Some fans hate it, arguing that the music from the games is a core part of Sonic's identity and that the films should do more to acknowledge it, while others don't take issue with it, arguing that the films are trying to do their own thing and that the music from the games wouldn't fit in.
- The greater focus on humans. Some hate it and wish the films placed more focus on Sonic and his friends instead of a bunch of humans (bar Dr. Robotnik), while others don't take issue with it, arguing that the films are still primarily focused on Sonic and co., unlike other Human Focused Adaptations, and that most of the human characters are at least more likable and enjoyable than those in previous Sonic works.
YMMV.Superman Smashes The Klan:
- Older Than They Think: This isn't Superman's first time fighting the KKK, as the comic is inspired by an episode of The Adventures of Superman (Clan of the Fiery Cross) from 1946.
