During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

So I was looking at the trope pages for the Fighting Fantasy books and I'm wondering, aside from Marr, who already has an entry on the Fighting Fantasy YMMV page, has there been anyone else that could hypothetically qualify?
This is because Fighting Fantasy does have a lot of books set in different universes, and Marr himself is an evil sorceror, so it may be that characters with different resources or operating on different resource tiers may also qualify. And the characters that are in different universes from the mainline universe don't need to compete with Marr at all.

I have no idea why you're referring to it as a policy I implemented, that's not really accurate. I told ACW to cut back on the potholes that were going in so the works' aesthetics don't suffer. Not everything needs blue text to make it clear. Just having a sentence explaining Uryuu is a serial killer or that he tortures children doesn't necessarily mean we need to cram in Serial Killer or Would Hurt a Child, the reader can figure it out.

Alright since there doesnt seem to be an contetion for D. Heres his write-up ;
- Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger
- Gaburincho of Music: D is one of the first and most remorseless Deboss Knights in existence. After being released after 100 million years in slumber, he receives Fake Kyouryger powers transforming him into Deathryuger. Kidnapping a friend of Daigo named Meeko in an attempt to resurrect Tobaspino, steal two of the Zyudenryu (Ankydon and Bunpachy), and use the former as a power source for Spinodai-Oh as part of his genocidal plan to wipe out all life on earth. Upon defeat he later returns in the series prpoer after escaping from Deboss Hell, D turns Meeko into his personal Necromancer, with the intention of making her resurrect the various fallen monsters in his plan to conquer the planet . When the Kyoryugers thwarted his t latest evil plan, D attempts to blow up the Earth by enlarging himself out of spite. .

About Mahou Shoujo Site, Kaname is getting closer to being a Complete Monster. Not yet because he does have a Frediuan Excuse, but the latest development in the story is really leaning him into crossing this territory to the point his sad backstory will not stop him from reaching this position considering how small it is compared to his actions. Also one of the Admins is almost guaranteed a spot considering how evil they are, we just need to wait and see who among them is the worse.

Remember when I said that Towa didn't do anything for Dabura ? Well, I guess I was wrong after all.
In the recent DLC of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, it has been revealed that when Towa appeared in the Time Nest, she altered the history where Boo turns Dabura into a cookie and eats him, and she secretly released him before covering up her deed with magic in hopes the Time Patrollers would not notice. Dabura took advantage of it to secretly increase his power through Damage Energy, waiting for the moment to exact vengeance for Towa's death.
What has been ambiguous up until now has been confirmed: Towa and Dabura really care about each other. This means that she no longer qualifies as a Complete Monster.
