This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Well, you'll need to describe what went wrong with these examples:
- Power Palm Dash Attack: His signature Chidori for one of his specials (direction+circle), which also stuns the opponent if it properly connects its final hit. Funny enough, Chidori seems to have higher priority over a Naruto using Rasengan if the two of them happen to attempt to collide in this game.game.
- His standard dash attack can also be cancelled into a faster Chidori input, albeit that very specific version can also be forward-step cancelled by tapping a forward direction for some strange gimmicks.
- Broken Base:
- A medium-sized split is starting to surface over the Xrd OST due to the fact that all of the longstanding Leitmotifs have been done away with for a new batch of character themes. The general consensus is that the new music is good, but the question of whether or not they're good enough to live up to the precedent set by the old tracks, particularly the ones that have been around since The Missing Link and X, is where you start to get wildly different opinions.
- That, and as well as the change in some of the characters' animations from pre-Xrd to post-Xrd; some are good, some are bad.

Funny.The Simpsons Hit And Run:
- A meta example - Radical Entertainment's devs took an odd glee in having Homer kick Marge around, but were told not to do it around Matt Groening. When Matt was given a chance to test out the game, the first thing he did? Had Homer literally kick Marge from the home down to the Kwik-E-Mart.
- Or in general, kicking/crashing into people, seeing them flail around in the same animation like so, especially if they happen to go flying through the air no thanks to some very wonky physics (ESPECIALLY when melee-attacking them). And of course, hearing their quotes.
~High Crate: The problem isn't so much what was left or not but rather the way you pressed forward deleting stuff, leaving no time-space for others to repair examples.

That's fair enough. To be honest, it was mostly just a spur-of-the-moment thing done in annoyance rather than anything personal. The basis being that I'd recieved at least seven in a short space of time despite there being no grammatical or spelling errors I could see, and like I say, me genuinely wanting to contribute.
So yeah, apologies about it; I didn't intend anything personal in that regard, and it's not something I'll repeat.

I suppose that I basically added indentations to where it seemed like an extra thread where it is used incorrectly as a paragraph break. The correct examples would've been: either add to the prior one or make separate non-extended indent (with prior context). Perhaps the correct versions of handling these would be this way:
Characters.J Stars Victory Vs:

Yes, this was pointed out to me in-thread, and I had already taken several steps toward addressing this criticism before I was banned, including:
- Making effortposts going through problem pages entry-by-entry
- Utilizing a sandbox page rather than making edits to live pages
- Formally motioning in-thread when a page was potentially in need of cutlist NG
- Allowing 2-3 days to pass after making such a motion before submitting to the cutlist
- Commenting-out, rather than deleting, entries that could potentially be rehabilitated with further context
If you have any suggestions for more such steps that I could take, I am open to them.
Hello,
I recieved suspension without further explanation except for obligatory link on What to Do if You Are Suspended. I would be glad for deeper explanation of reasons for that and also to apply for its removal. I guess it is because of my language problem, as English is not my native language and I was notified about the issue earlier. I discovered my suspension when trying to post in trope finder and I would like to ask you to enable me to post at this thread at least.

EDIT: I found the reason I was suspended! I didn't realize I was edit-warring, nor that the example was re-added in the first place. I was browsing the page before deciding to edit and did not check the history; as a result I thought I was deleting an entry that had been there for a long time. I promise not to repeat my mistake and to always check the full page history, just in case!
(I had completely forgotten I'd edited it 6 years ago...)

Remember when I said that I would leave indefinitely? Well, I have returned.
I won't give up so easily. I won't keep my mouth shut until my suspension has been released. I'm not writing this out of a blind resolve, but because I just want to have fun in the roleplay communities.
I said that I have acknowledged my mistakes, promising to be careful with my words and intentions so as to not offend anybody. I'll keep saying those words until the time comes when I can have my fun again.
I took that comment about "never post here again" lightly, thinking it was just a hater wanting to demoralize me, and that's when things went for the worse. But I have gathered my thoughts and give you this post.
And now I stand by my petition for you to liberate me from this imprisonment I brought upon myself. I truly believe that recognizing one's mistakes and atoning for them is enough to be forgiven, so please help me.
I just need to view that trope for research. I won't even make any changes. I'm pretty new, so I didn't even know that what I did wasn't allowed and I won't make the mistake again.

The RP mods have complete discretion over who can and cannot participate. If you want to roleplay so badly, there are many places on the internet available to you. Thank you very much, I will do! From looking over the posts, the main problem I seemed to have was using these (;) to divide my sentences when I shouldn't have been. So I acknowledge the main mistake, and likewise there won't be any more such snapping in future.

The trope was suggested almost 10 years ago and the vast majority of the voters had voted for it. I thought it had been forgotten about it. It gave me the option to launch it and I didn't realize I wasn't meant to. I won't do it again. I just wanted to see if Air-Filled Underwater Cave had any examples under the Real-Life examples.
