Well, Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show is currently under review and thread is leaning on cutting it but The Laughing Vampire seems ok at first glance but I haven't actually read it. The worst thing about the the author's page is that most of the tropes lack context. He is known for ero-guro but I don't know if that means that all of his works break our content policy.

I'm starting to read it right now. Updating as I go:
Volume One
Chapter 1: A very brief scene where a high school-age girl has sex with a much older man, but it's depicted as rather sleazy, it shocks her friend who happened to see them doing the deed, and isn't framed in an erotic manner.Chapter 2: A brief scene of a teenaged boy having a fucked-up masturbatory fantasy where a naked dead woman fellates him. Fairly graphic but also really creepy. Later, there's a couple of panels of Luna, the main female character, showering and complaining to herself about her boobs getting bigger.
Chapter 3: The oldest vampire has a Blood Bath scene, but she's 100+ years old and looks it. Later, Luna is raped by a street clown she saw in the previous chapter; the scene is definitely played for horror. Two boys around her age are shown horsing around nearby at the same time and one of them is shown urinating.
Chapter 4: Opens with four teens getting high and having sex with each other before being killed by the teen vampire.
Volume Two
Chapter 1: A scene of a weird, debauched party; multiple brief shots of naked men and women.
Chapter 3: A guy whose sister was kidnapped years earlier is teased by a classmate about her possibly being turned into a Sex Slave, with a couple of panels showing her naked and post-coitus in one; disturbing in presentation.
Chapter 4: Luna is briefly shown swimming in the nude, and there's an even more brief sex scene between an adult woman and man.
Chapter 6: A few shots of naked women.
Chapter 7: More of the same, plus a very brief rape scene.
Chapter 8: One vampire feeding scene involving a woman in the nude.
Chapter 9: A brief and not terribly graphic, but still very gross kind-of masturbation scenenote , and some scenes of naked women.
Chapter 10: A couple of panels of a girl who I think is in her mid-teens in the nude, one as she's being bathed (not presented erotically) and one that would be considered an artistic nude if she were older. I could see this one potentially crossing the line, but there's elements in the shot that give it a horror element so that blunts things.
Chapter 11: Several scenes of nude women, and Luna is drugged and implied to be raped although nothing is shown.
Chapter 12: Another very debauched party with several scenes of naked men and women, a few panels of non-explicit sex going on.
Chapter 13: More of the same.
Chapter 14: A few panels of a nude woman.
So, my vote ultimately is keep/clean. I wouldn't consider it porn as almost all of the material featuring nudity or sex is presented in a way that's unsettling at best and very creepy/disturbing at worst, and said material only takes up a small portion of the chapters where it shows up. As far as pedopandering concerns, the sex scene that opens chap. 4 of the first volume is between high schoolers and I've already mentioned my thoughts on the scenes in ch. 10 of the second volume.
