I clicked through to the DLsite storefront and I can't tell how old the characters are supposed to be, and it's got some pretty explicit FF sex in the CGs. Is there any canonical statement of their ages?

The previous discussion said that everyone involved is canonically Totally 18. Also, the characters are robots, so their chronological age means nothing one way or another.

Googling "katahane belle nude" (do not google this at work)...I'm...personally leaning toward thinking it's the art style looking young, rather than the character being portrayed as child-coded. The P5 who made this decision said otherwise, but that was a different day.

I mean, she just visibly looks young. Borderline pre-pubescent. So like I said, I get why people thought she was a child. Flat chests are hardly an art style thing.

Looking at a couple of the explicit CGs, she does have breasts. They're just small, but she absolutely does not have a child's chest.
Fwiw there's a PS Vita
version that's rated 17+, with the explicit sexual content removed.

That seems like an argument to just go with the Self-Censored Release, then. From the CGs I saw, the Vague Age issue was really pushing it.

I'm on the fence. Personally I think things are too vague to judge one way or another (especially since the characters are dolls and not humans), and considering it was cut before, I think I'm gonna go with Clean version only.
Ideally, I'd want to restore it and trope the 18+ version since I don't personally consider this obvious pedo-pandering (sure, it's borderline with some of the character designs, but it doesn't seem as blatant as a lot of eroge are lol), but I do understand why people find the design uncomfortable, and ultimately I don't know this VN at all, so I'm okay with just troping the clean version.

Keep all versions. The wiki already has VNs such as The Song of Saya that contains sex scenes involving a short, small-breasted girl with ambiguous age due to her non-human nature and who is not characterized in-universe as a child.

The Main/ version of this page (back when work pages were allowed to be in the Main/ namespace) was cut by 5P ages ago due to pedopandering. I'm sorry, but I just don't see it. To me, pretty much every character who has sex in this VN looks like they're in their teens. Thus, I believe this page never should have been cut, and I humbly request it is restored.
