. They don't look all that alike and they're outdoors so nothing says it isn't just a random neighborhood bully.

7. Even if it wasn't spelled out (though it certainly helps), they also resemble each other as much as the limited art style allows for it.
7 the issue with the Heartstopper suggestion is Nick is David's Big Little Brother so it would look like a younger brother picking on an older one instead of the other way around.
