Barely. Here it is at wikisize. It illustrates Interrupted Declaration of Love better than Mood Whiplash, tbh. Also, what's the source of it, anyway?

to the suggestion; agreeing with Selkies in that it better portrays Interrupted Declaration of Love than Mood Whiplash.

None of the examples suggested are good IMO, there is just not enough of a whiplash for them to be effective. Here are some suggestions pulled from a previous thread for the main page

The Simpsons one doesn't look related, more like two random shots spliced together. The MLP:FIM one is better, though because the characters are standing in different spots and stuff it could also look like a scene happened in between.

Another suggestion. This time from WesternAnimation.Gravity Falls. These two scenes happen pretty much right after one another and it is quite the whiplash.
