Parts Unknown is a character trope in which the character is presented as hailing from either a fictional or ambiguous location so that the writers don't need to detail their actual origins. It takes its name from professional wrestling, where billing a wrestler as coming from "Parts Unknown" was a convenient way of acknowledging a supernatural, foreign or mysterious wrestler without giving them a definitive hometown.
The page image is a gag from WrestleCrap, depicting a range of wrestlers as cast members on "Survivor: Parts Unknown". This image relies on you knowing these wrestlers and what they're billed as, and doesn't illustrate what Parts Unknown actually is.
