Skeletor is better than my suggestion.
I would have also suggested Battle Cat from the same franchise, but his armor makes him less recognizable as a panther.

(It's He-Man's catchphrase, not Skeletor's, but close enough. Also, I would have suggested "By the Power of Greymaulkin" instead, but that's a really ancient obscure term for cats.)
