I still don't even understand what the page is about at all, but considering it's from 14 years ago and still has got less than 20 wicks, I vote for cutting it.

oh hey how are you doing?- Love Tropes calls it:
"Good friends fall for the same person, causing them to fight each other."
Stock Aesops says:
"Friendship Is More Important Than Love"

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Hang on, that just makes it a dupe of Friends Turned Romantic Rivals, which launched very recently. Even more reason for a cut.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessSince the thread unanimously favors cutting (and/or yarding) Cupid Hates Odd Couples and it’s been 3 days, I’ll make it official.
Macron's notesIf no one else wants to take care of the fourteen wicks to the page, I'll do it later. I'm working on reading through Yuri is My Job! for my TLP at the moment
My troper wallDewicking is done.
Hmm, trope epithet... "Got speared in the heart with one of Cupid's arrows"?

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
I could maybe see something to the tune of "Couples considered odd by the standards of the work have more relationship troubles than those couples considered normal."
For example, "In Tropetown, the interspecies relationship between human Bob and token space alien Aerith is more rocky than human Beta Couple Carol and Danny."
That is, assuming it's a legitimate trend.
As for the current Cupid Hates Odd Couples, I'd say it could probably go. The two types listed seem redundant with Bros Before Hoes and I Want My Beloved to Be Happy.
