This is the developer leaving a quick notice saying that the room to the North is a Warp Zone, and that the only Safe Zones around here are in this central area and the Warp Zone, nothing else. Though I must apologise for the fact that the Warps are currently deactivated - I'm having to fix a few game-breaking bugs that involve them, so please be patient for the time being. I'll be available to show up myself later on, but for now, try to be patient while I try to fix the Warps. -Dev."

Ichiban and Jotaro took a look around, and things to note is the statue of the Developer in the centre of the Spawn Room.

Things to note is: the Central Theatre, which is the centre of performing arts and stage productions; the Central Marketplace, where there are merchants selling items like weapons, armor, etc.; the Central Cafe, where they can get stuff to eat/drink; the Trash Disposal area, which has a sign saying "Got any useless items? Get rid of 'em here!"; and the Central Storage, where players can store their items. It also has a sign, which says: "Store your valuables here! The safest place to do so! :D".

The only things to take note of on the Notice Board is the message the Dev left, and the few posters that are telling you things you already know how to do.

Then, all of a sudden, the Server Notice Bell was rung, indicating a major announcement. That's when a giant individual resembling the Statue shows up and begins to speak.    "WELCOME, MY BETA TESTERS!! To my Full-dive VR game!! I am Mr.Zecro, developer of this game, with a major announcement: YOU'RE ALL STUCK HERE! NO WAY OF LOGGING OUT!! I know, ripping off an idea that's been overused, but tough shit! Also, this isn't VirtuaGrind Online - IT'S MURDER RPG!!!
