Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Then, Tabby sees OT!Scipion walking towards her. It wasn’t even a walk, it was more of a straggle. Noire goes in front of Tabby to protect her.
"Back away from her."
"Ugh really Noire? You are suddenly so overprotective of me."
"He's…dangerous."
"I suppose he wants to talk to me about some matters. So, what do you want to discuss with me?"

"Still, there are some things that you shouldn't be talking about here, Tabs," says Ralsei, glancing at the younger kids. He then sees Alex and Onox arguing over food.
"Hey, why don't you just split the candies between you?"
Meanwhile, "Power" does a double take when Dry Bones repeatedly bashes William's head against a rock.
"Oh come on! I was hoping Purple Guy's Leather Pants could save him! But on the other hand... don't mess with a silly mook!"
She laughs again when Dry Bones preemptively celebrates Christmas while Big Boo continues being a goofball, this time by asking Skull Rider Vars, "snoo-PINGAS usual, I see?"
Power's Art School
While the droids deliver the construction materials and donate some money to Tabby's School for the Arts, Paper puts on the finishing touches to her costume and continues watching, also doing a double take when Big Boo snaps and kills DEATH for trying to save his failing friendship with Baal.

"You can leave her be, y'know, as long as she doesn't cause you trouble," Dave tells the Skeletrio.
Neri slightly deflates at the skeleton trio's words, then leaves them to follow someone else. She takes an interest in the Dawnshires, and starts to follow them.
"Aww, look at you. Aren't you a little puffball?" Lizzie asks. She liked the little Shadows, it seems.
"I'd be careful if I were you, sis."
"They can't be much worse than the guys over at you-know-where, though."
Neri, for her part, seems to like her as well. Kain, meanwhile, is writing on his journal.
Dave then hears the word on the destruction of Tabby's school. Grimacing, he silently arranges for a million Panemian dollars tp be transferred to the school's account for reparations and backup necessities.
The Hidden Dimension
Soon enough, the bodies of Xehanort and his other main incarnations are retrieved, and brought back to life. The old man is then brought before Lady Babylon.
"Welcome back, Master Xehanort. I presume your death was planned?"
"Yes, I let the banshee kill us. The power boost.... it's exactly what I came for."
"Perfect. A metahuman's power, and the deadly skill of a Keyblade Master.... shall be a combination unlike any other."
They grin evilly.
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."
Prim, proper, and yet so socially awkward
Museum
(Jared spends a lot of time looking at the strange artifacts that this museum has to offer.) Museums sure are more interesting when it's stuff from another world... (He mutters.)
(The critters (sans Eye-Sicle) head for the buffet first.)
Hoo boy, I hardly ever get to eat stuff like this! (Joaquin says, taking a few pieces of cake and some punch.) Hope these parties are a regular thing!
(Meanwhile, June piles her plate with one of pretty much every sweet and candy offered.)
Sheesh, June, you wanna get sick? (Wanda remarks.)
Hmm...yeah, guess I could have less. (June says. She puts one...two...three pieces back, then goes to sit down.)
Hope this place has some antacids; I feel like we're gonna need some here after a while... (Wanda says, shaking her head.)
(Cleo is privy to Alex and Onox's bickering as well.) Yes, there's plenty to share. (She adds.)
(Eye-Sicle, meanwhile, discovers that the current season is over. The party has put him in a Halloween-y mood, so he looks for a Halloween-y place. He doesn't have to search for long until he finds a place with Halloween literally in its name. He chooses two of its residents at random and calls it a day.)
(That said and done now, he gravitates back toward the other nominators. He goes up to Dave and tries to start a conversation.) So what sorta stuff do you fellas do when you aren't nominatin' people? This the norm? Or is stuff like what happened at that Neon Quarters place the norm?
Big City
(While the party goes on, Stanford, Kenny, and Miss Ball are looking around the hometown of the missing farming family for the one family member who didn't get pulled in.)
I gotta say, it's a darned good thing we got here when this place was havin' Halloween. (Kenny remarks, looking around at all of the costumed people walking the streets of town.) They just think we're people wearin' costumes.
Let's keep it that way. (Stanford says.) We don't want anyone going into a panic seeing animals talking or walking on two legs here. Try not to talk if you can.
(But it's too late. A young boy the three are standing by has seen their faces moving.) Hey! You aren't wearing costumes!
(Immediately, the three of them make their faces go rigid and try to keep their eyes still.) Nah, kid, of course we are! Took my friends and I weeks to get these costumes right! (Miss Ball says, trying to talk as clearly as she can without moving her jaw.) Even made sure the jaws moved a little when we talk!
Suuuuure... (The little boy says. Despite being a young child, he looks very unconvinced. He walks a short ways away toward a woman whom Stanford assumes is his mother.) Mommy, they're real animals!
Benny, no, they're just normal people wearing costumes. (The woman says, taking little Benny by the hand and preparing to cross the street. She quickly gives an apology to the three "trick-or-treaters".) I'm so sorry.
Eh, kids'll be kids, ma'am. (Kenny says.)
(Benny gives the three of them the "I'm watching you" gesture as he and his mother disappear into the crowd of trick-or-treaters across the street.)
...What a strange kid. (Kenny remarks.)
Ugh, thaaaat hurt. (Miss Ball says, rubbing her face.)
Focus everyone, let's keep looking. (Stanford says. Just then, his pager goes off. He looks and sees that the season is over. He audibly cringes, first when he sees that Tabby's school was destroyed, and then upon seeing who the tributes Eye-Sicle chose are.) Oh dear, I'm sure these two are perfectly nice fellows and all, but after what happened in the Neitherworld earlier, I think I've had my fill of monsters for a while.
What about the other guys who Eye-Sicle threw in? The ones you were talking to before we saved you? (Ball asks.)
(Stanford takes another device out of his pocket and presses a few buttons.) Alright, they're in the process of being revived good as new as I speak. I'll let them know to meet us in the tribute space when we return. For now, let's keep going.

The Spacepod
As the sun sets, Kirby and friends prepare their night. On the bridge, Magolor is checking the computer. Ribbon then uses the ship's computer to send a message to 6k1, asking what she is up to, and telling her that she and her friends are having a Halloween night in the Spacepod.
In the first floor, Kirby, Bandana Dee, and King Dedede are making Halloween-themed pictures and cards.

"Okie-dokie!" both Sans and Papyrus say before Neri leaves. They then see "Power" screaming and rush to her.
"What happened?"
"6k1's tributes both made the podium!!!"
"WHAT?!?!"
Sans and Papyrus turn to the TV, and their jaws drop again when Dry Bones briefly transforms into a phoenix-like creature and shreds Vars and Tomoko with fans, then goes on a killing spree on Stew and Baal, while Big Boo gets purged by deranged lumberjacks.
"WOWIE! CONGRATS TO HER!!!" says Papyrus as he shakes her "hoof".
"no bones about it, she's made it to the battle royale!" adds Sans.
"Heehee, thanks!" says "Power", "but uh... I have to use the little filly's room!"
"THE WHAT?"
"she means the bathroom bro."
"OH...! I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THE HUMAN CANDIES HERE SO I CAN USE THE BATHROOM MYSELF!"
Sans laughs while facepalming while "Power" excuses herself to the restrooms to arrange for Big Boo's restoration and retention of his SOUL powers.
Another close call, since I'm pretending to be an honorary nominator...
She then has a brilliant idea. Perhaps she should invite Dry Bones, too, to celebrate his victory while Big Boo goes home to rest. Surely the skeletons, especially Dry Lemmy, will be pleasantly surprised! And she's pretty sure Bowser will give them a raise for a job well done!
She emails Claire the arrangements and also tells her to write tiny letters to Atta and Dot, then goes back to the party. "Power" also sends Ribbon her selfie earlier, with the caption reading: 6k1's too busy to attend, so I'm partying for her! - Power
Meanwhile, Ralsei helps himself to some candies, keeping some for Kris and Susie when he goes home, while Spike does another double take.
"What is it?" asks Wanda.
"It's Sci-Twi..."
He points to the TV as a certain purple human goes to her podium with her classmate Pinkie Pie.
"Is that the human counterpart of Twilight you were talking about earlier?"
"Yes... I remember when she went insane in Season 94, and Princess Twilight was really concerned because 6k1 nominated her back in Season 80."
"Why so?"
"Because she used to get upset when someone 'stole' her tributes, so Twilight gave her friendship lessons to get over that."
"Really? I wouldn't mind it if someone else nominated me!"
"She was most concerned about her tributes 'betraying' her that way, but she put that all behind her. But don't worry Wanda, I'm sure whoever nominates you next will treat you well, and let's hope that Sci-Twi over there has a better time than in her last season!"
"Alright!"
Carlos and Mikey, meanwhile, are still looking for the stage.
Power's Art School
Paper then summons her costume and changes to it. It's Steven's pink jacket and blue shirt
◊, and she also made his shield to go along with it.
"This one's just a prop, however," she says to the Pearls. "The other shield will be the one I'll use for battle."
Blue and Yellow's jaws drop.
"You dressed up as our former teacher?!"
"You're flattering me, Paper... Lasagna!" Yellow snickers. "But why didn't you curl your mane or cover your hindlegs?"
Paper giggles. "I decided to make my costume simple this time, and having you two reminded me of him!"
"Aww..." says Blue. "And you're going for a simple one this time? Who did you go as last Halloween?"
"Amisia!"
Blue gasps while Yellow asks who she is.
"She's that evil troll artist that 6k1 nominated back in my season, 119, but thankfully she didn't harm me because she choked early!"
"Well, it's a good thing food is unnecessary for us inorganic life-forms! But 6k1 nominated her?! I've a feeling she didn't nominate me back then because of my loyalty to my Diamond! Am I missing something here?"
Paper explains to her about her villain tribute policy.
"I see... I hope that troll learned her lesson."
"But why did you go as her?"
"Because I wanted to dress up as another artist! But don't worry, it was all in good fun!"
Blue and Yellow nod in agreement.
"Anyway," says the latter, "you should put on some pants and hair curlers to complete the Steven look!"
"Nah, ponies don't normally wear clothes, and I prefer keeping my mane this way as much as possible! There's no right or wrong way to dress up for Nightmare Night!"
"What's that?" both Pearls ask.
"That's just what we call this holiday back in Equestria!"
"Oh...!"
"And speaking of which..."
Paper calls Ichi to greet him happy Nightmare Night and shows him the decor.
"And congrats to the Joker for passing Laser and Meme School!"

"Glad to know. Tell Tabby I said sorry for Green Goblin yeeting a pumpkin bomb into her school."

The Pearls look at him in confusion. "What's... 'yeet'?"
"Oh!... That's just a slang term for throwing something with much force!"
"Huh..."
"That's a weird way of saying it, alright."
"But I'll go tell Tabby right away, Ich!"
Paper pens the apology letter to her and sends it to the Museum.
"And apologies in advance if one of 6k1's tributes destroys your school! And speaking of her, she just made it to the Battle Royale! Don't mean to brag, but it's been a while since she last got two Podium Finishers at once, huh?"
"This wasn't the first time?" asks Yellow.
"Well... this is gonna sound awkward for you two," Paper says to Blue as well, "but Greg and Rose were the winner and 2nd Placer, respectively of Season 22!"
"Sh-She nominated Pink Diamond and her partner?!" The Pearls shudder.
"Y-Yes... but explaining how she did it is a whole 'nother can of worms, so let's just say that 6k1 was lucky that season and in the last one!"

Scipion raised an eyebrow as 6k1's tributes both made it to the Hall of Fame. He was a bit jealous of that.
That turned quickly to annoyance as the spots for the next season were immediately taken right under his nose.
"UUUUUGGGGHH... Fucking Distortion World..."
On the contrary, Dry Lemmy happily jumped about it. After all, two of his lord's minions made it to the podium.
Watching as Onox and Alex kept arguing as they tried to take as much food as possible, Aaron thought of something.
"That's a rather nice party, but maybe we should make things a bit more interesting... I don't know what you or Haze planned but maybe we could do a costume contest?"
Back with Tabby, the OT!Scipion finally reached both her and Noire after a rather long struggle. The undead nominator stared at them for a moment before chuckling.
"You are indeed done now... Together, at last... However, I admit I feel a bit bad for Daimon... I'm wondering... Will this last? How long? So many possibilities that relationship just opened... I'm glad for you two." he muttered.
"There's that... And the green hairy imp, Morgan... He reminded me of something... If I made Daimon and I am his father in a way... And he made Noire... Does that mean... I am Noire's granddaddy...? Heehee... What a funny thought." he told the duo, tilting his head again.
Meanwhile, Tokage noticed the Waterblight was now staring at the Dawnshires. Fearing the worst, Tokage carefully approached the eldritch Zora.
"What exactly do you think you're going? Don't even try approaching them." he warned. The Waterblight however, kept staring at the kids.
"Do you hear me? I said to stop." the Grovyle repeated in a more threatening tone.
"I am merely watching out of curiosity. Young living creatures like them tend to behave rather differently from the mature ones. My older sibling, Windblight on the other hand had some actual use for them."
"What?"
Tokage stared angrily at the Blight who shook it's head, "giggling" again, like a little girl.
"Those children can consider themselves lucky. The Lord High Protector found them before my sibling could. As for what it planned to do with them... Only Windblight knows..." the Waterblight calmly continued.
"You are sick... They are but children." Tokage grunted, disgusted.
"Children fated to grow in spirit and body. As such, in essence, they are barely different from other living beings. And as you can see, I am not the only "heartless" one interested in them." the Blight replied.
Tokage growled and left the Blight, still keeping an eye on it as the phantom resumed what it was doing.
Meanwhile, Edgar was still spying on the party from the outside.
"Sir... What exactly are you doing here?" Clyde muttered, popping out behind Edgar and startling the Murkrow.
"Holy...! Where the hell did you come from?"
"You are answering a question with another one? That is rather stupid, sir."

"A costume contest?" asks Ralsei. "That would be great!"
Carlos and Mikey promptly approach him and Aaron upon hearing the latter's suggestion.
"We found a stage for my bro's presentation here..."
"...and this contest will give me enough time to prepare for it!"
Meanwhile, "Power" hears a knock on the door and gets it.
"Hey there, Dry Bones! Congrats on winning!"
Sans and Papyrus gasp.
"6K1'S CHAMP GOT INVITED HERE?! HOORAY FOR MORE SKELETONS! NYEH HEH HEH!!!"
"paps this is the same tribute who pulled a chara at the last moment, but still, congrats bonesy!"
Sans shakes the skeletal turtle's claws.
"Well rattle me bones, Mr. Skeleguy! I just so happened to be on a break when 6k1 nominated me and my comrade, and don't worry, I won't turn into some firebird on ya!"
He then spots Lemmy in the crowd and rushes to him.
"Wow Lems, looks like you're one of us now! How're your brothers and sister doin' back home?"
Meanwhile, "Power" allows Paper's droid inside to deliver Ichi's apology letter to Tabby before it returns to the Art School. She then goes to the buffet table and grabs a quesadilla.

Dave responds to Eye-Sicle, "I assure you, that what happened at the Neon Quarters is not the norm. We were just there because we needed to save someone for a friend. It's only because of a brother of that one over there, along with a little help," he points to the Waterblight, "that the evil within someone on our side turned into a Nigh-Invulnerable Eldritch Abomination. You should be glad that you didn't have to deal with the one called Giygas.
"As for our lives outside of nominating.... I think it depends on the nominator. I mean, 6k1 tends to just sit back and do her job, while I prefer a taste of adventure if I can. Although, these days, I think I'm just gonna focus on my relationship, and caring for children."
Hans, meanwhile, sees that the season is over, and arranges for two data clones. One is the goddess Materia, and the other....
Speaking of the Dawnshires, they're having a small chat now, but Roy Mustang notices the Waterblight stalking them from afar. Disliking this course of action, he puts on his gloves, and calls the two over.
"Is something the matter, sir?"
"Oh no, it's nothing. We just want you to be safe."
"Say, you two are new to Mr. Dave's place, aren't you?" Riza Hawkeye asks the pair.
"Yes, we are."
The children and the adults then proceeds to spend time sharing stories about themselves. The Dawnshires appear to enjoy the compang the Brigadier General and his beloved Lieutenant, and vice versa.
Link, meanwhile, indulges himself with the buffet food, much to Zelda's half-amusement half-chagrin. Ed and Winry chuckle in amusement, clearly remembering someone they know.
"It looks like you know someone else who's also a glutton like he is," Zelda notes.
"Oh, we do know one. He's the Emperor of a neighboring country in our world, but when we met him, he certainly didn't look the part," Winry laughs.
"For one, I never expected him to be a really Big Eater. But I've learned not to underestimate the guy. He looks like a buffoon in first sight, but he's actually stronger than he looks," Ed notes in agreement.
"How curious. I should meet him someday."
She then looks at the nominations, and is surprised by the other tribute nominated.
"Uhh.... Link, would you look at that?" she asks.
They look at the screen to find Impa, their Impa, there. She's back in her 20s age, during the days before the Calamity.
Hans then shows up, and explains to them what's going on. They nod in understanding, shaking off their surprise.
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."

"How long...will it last? I’m honestly not sure about it. I can’t predict the future but I hope it would be for a long while."
"I would imagine that Akumo will find more ways to torture us now that we are together. We need to put a end to him, Rubyfrost, and her pupils once and for all. Luckily, I do have some intel from her."
"I'm just glad your power is on our side and not her's. Every single person in this room would be a potential sacrifice or hostage to her. We just need to put together a plan soon enough."
"Without you, the whole multiverse would be in trouble but we shouldn’t make this whole situation public and risk our relationship."
"Well, I’m not that desperate for public attention. I respect your decision, tho."
"Goddamn, I’m really craving some food. Shall we head over to the buffet?"
"I don’t really like buffets since they are a disgusting mess but I'll tolerate it."
"Wait, Tabby! Come look!"
"What is it?"
"I was checking your bank accounts and some mysterious donor donated a ton of money in your school's account!"
"That's awesome!"
Suddenly, a droid comes by to deliver a message to Tabby.
"A droid? Huh."
"It's a letter! It’s from Ichi...I honestly dunno this guy that much."
She reads the contents of the letter.
"I know he shouldn’t apologize as this isn’t his fault but I appreciate it anyways. I’ll respond when I get home."
"Anyways, let’s hit the buffet Noire!"
"Alright."
They head to the buffet table to grab a plate of meatloaf, tater tots and a couple of snickerdoodles. Tabby waves to the others there.'

Those at the buffet table wave back to Tabby as they continue their meals. While Sans and Papyrus down ketchup and eat dinosaur egg oatmeal, respectively, "Power" continues snacking on quesadillas while watching her guests have fun. But then she just realized something...
It's been more than an Earth Prime year since Villain Month ended and we all gave Timewrecker what he deserved...
Those last few days at Ichi's bunker were quite the doozy, but "Power"'s relieved that everything about that wretched villain's gone for good. She gets up and tells Dave about it.
"And long story short, Eye-Sicle, Timewrecker sought to destroy the Multiverse as petty revenge on us nominators... and saying that he gave us so much grief would be an understatement."

I sure could SEE somethin' going on from where I've set up shop here. (Eye-Sicle says.) Somethin' tells me I SHOULD be glad. (It almost makes him feel a little sorry for his old nemesis that she had to deal with this Gigyas...something.)
(His expression sours upon hearing about Timewrecker and the trouble he caused everybody.) Tried to destroy the Multiverse just outta pettiness, eh? Now I'll admit that I'm no saint and I've done some pretty petty stuff in my time, but I'd never stoop THAT low.
(He cringes a bit upon seeing the Waterblight. He makes a mental note to not get on their bad side.) Uh, anyway, in my downtime I'm tryin' to make some friends here. See if we can help each other out. Already made two friends by the name of Chip and Grime. They're...out runnin' an errand for me right now.
Someone say costume contest?? (June asks, running back over (and speaking with her mouth full). She looks up at Cleo.) Hey! If we're having a costume contest, you, me, and Jared should enter!
Well...I don't know. (Cleo says.) Perhaps it could be fun. I'm just worried about embarrassing myself.
Hey, we'll be up there, too! We'll all get embarrassed together! (June says.) C'mon, let's get Jared and see if he's interested!
(June and Cleo go off to find Jared.)
(In the meantime, it's gotten late enough in the day that Joaquin's transformation triggers and he turns into his alebreje form.) Well, NOW I have my costume. Wonder if they'd let me into the contest now. (He remarks.)
(Joaquin then notices the Dry Bones walking over to the buffet.) Hey there! Heard them saying you were the champion of the season! Nice job!
Wait, really? (Wanda asks, looking over from where she's standing.)
Big City
(Eventually, Stanford, Kenny, and Miss Ball arrive at a rather out-of-place-looking farm house sandwiched between a coffee shop and a large apartment building. The only current sign of life here are a large normal-looking dog with red fur asleep on the front porch and the sound of barnyard animals coming from behind the house.)
I suppose if I were a farmer in a huge city, this would be the kind of place where I'd be. (Miss Ball remarks.)
(The three of them cautiously approach the front door. As they do, though, the sleeping dog wakes up and begins growling at them.)
Might wanna watch yerself, Stan. That dog looks big enough to chew you up somethin' terrible. (Kenny says.)
(Upon hearing Kenny speak however, the dog suddenly yelps and dives under the house's front porch.)
...What'd I do? (Kenny asks.)
I suppose she wasn't prepared to see talking animals walking on two legs. (Stanford says.)
(The three of them go up to the door and Stanford knocks.) Hello? Is there a Nancy Green at home? (He asks.)
(There is no answer.)
(He knocks again.) Nancy Green? We know what has happened to your family!
You do? (A voice with a British accent replies.)
Yes! And we can help you find them! (Stanford says, a bit taken aback by the accent.)
Uh, Stanford, that came from under the porch. (Miss Ball points out.)
(To Stanford's surprise, the dog comes out from under the porch and speaks to them in the British-sounding voice.) Do you really know where everyone is?
Are talking animals normal around here? (Stanford asks.)
I cannot speak to humans, but I can speak to other animals. (The dog answers.)
And I guess technically the three of us fall under the latter category. (Ball says.)

Miss Phoenix, Cricket, his father, sister, and grandmother have become lost in another world. (Stanford explains.) We were hoping to find the boy's mother so she could assist in finding and rescuing them. Does she know they're missing?
Indeed, she has been searching the city for them ever since they disappeared. (Phoenix says.) I have been searching, too. You all actually found me as I was taking a rest from searching. I have not been able to trace their scent to anywhere.
Could ya take us to Nancy? (Kenny asks.)
Yes, just follow me. (The dog heads out to the sidewalk and puts her nose to the ground. She begins going further up the street.)
Well, wait are you two waiting for? Let's follow that dog! And...make sure you keep looking like normal people wearing costumes. (Stanford says.)
(They begin following the Greens' dog.)

"Friends?" asks "Power", "I'm friends with some of 6k1's tributes, like Sans and Ralsei over there!"
The two tributes she mentioned, meanwhile, think of joining the costume contest, with Papyrus looking for the sign-up sheet immediately. Joaquin then transforms into an alebrije and congratulates Dry Bones for his performance.
"Thanks! And nice 'costume' ya got there, bud! On second thought, I'd show ya my firebird form, but methinks my natural self should do the trick!"
Joaquin's transformation also catches Carlos and Mikey's attention.
"You're an alebrije?" they both ask. "We have toys of those back home!"
"And that reminds me..."
"It's also Day of the Dead, and our skeleton amigos are already dressed up for it!"
Meanwhile, Wanda and Spike overhear the talk about the contest and also think of joining.
"I don't think my costume will stand out among the rest, but it's worth a shot!"
"Maybe I should join, too, but for now, I'll just sit back and cheer for Sci-Twi!"

To Lemmy's surprise, the Dry Bone that won the games just entered the museum.
"Yay! I'm happy you came!" he exclaimed before chatting with him about what the rest of the Koopalings planned to do in their Dry forms.
Then, a costume contest was announced.
"Well... Alex, I think you should participate, no?"
"Of course I will! Gonna try your luck as well?" Alex asked Aaron. The Lucario smiled and nodded.
"Well, have fun, I prefer to stay on the sidelines. I'm curious to think what the others think about you." Tokage said to his partners
"Hmph. There's no need for a contest. I'll win easily." Scipion said, grinning, choosing to participate as well. He raised an eyebrow when he saw Lemmy and Firebrand also going to the sign-up sheet.
Huh. Guessing that Pharynx, Clyde, and Morgan aren't in the mood to do that... Where is Onox now? he thought to himself, noticing his sidekick busy devouring everything he could at the buffet.
"Obviously..."
He then turned towards Eye-Sicle, hearing bits of his conversation.
Petty stuff...? Is the guy actually evil? That's very interest-
"Excuse me? I want to... participate."
Scipion growled as his thoughts were interrupted. looked down and cringed. Unfortunately his past-self visibly chose to participate.
"You can't" the evil Zoroark rudely stated, hoping that he might give up.
"...Why?" the OT!Scipion asked curiously.
"Because... Errm... Well shit, what should I say? Wait, I know! You've got no costume!"
"...My bandages don't count?" the OT!Scipion kindly asked.
"Nope. Now get lost." Scipion said, grinning triumphantly. To his surprise, the OT!Scipion nodded.
"Waterblight? Do I have... a Halloween costume...?"
"Negative." the eldritch Zora sighed, knowing what was going to happen next.
"Can you... try to fetch one...? While I'm... preparing myself."
The Blight nodded and exited the room.
"A little piece of advice for all of you... Try not to rely too much on your senses while I am gone..." it muttered. Outside, one could see the monster turning into its true self with its usual nightmarish screech before teleporting away.
"Wait... What do you mean by prepar-" Scipion confusedly asked his counterpart before realizing he was literally following his "advice". The OT!Scipion stopped moving, solely focusing on what he was about to do.
To Scipion's horror, the bandages of the undead nominator slowly moved by themselves, starting to unwrapping him.
Back outside, Edgar growled at Clyde.
"So... You must be the Shuppet that crazy witch told me about."
"Crazy witch? I suppose you refer to lady Persephone..." Clyde said, still on guard.
"Yeah... See she asked me to become one of her own lackeys as well. I mean... First she forced me, but then we had an agreement."
The Shuppet raised an eyebrow.
"So you are saying that you will become my partner, is that correct?"
"You've got it. The name's Edgar." the Murkrow said, extended his wing towards Clyde.
"Sir Edgar, I don't have arms."
"Duh, I'm asking for your name you idiot!" Edgar screeched.
"My apologies, my name is Clyde. I also apologize because I never truly worked with someone else before." the young Shuppet emotionlessly replied.
"My Arceus... You seem boring as hell, I might have to fix that...

Ralsei, Wanda, and Carlos, meanwhile, line up for the sign-up sheet.
"You're not joining, Sans?" asks the former.
"nope, don't wanna butt skulls with my bro for dressin' up the same!"
"COME ON SANSY, WE BOTH AGREED TO THIS!"
"nah, i'm just gonna watch ya this time!"
"OKAY!"
"And what about you, bro?" asks Carlos.
"No thanks, I'll cheer for you while preparing for my presentation afterwards!"
"Alright, then!"
"Aww..." says Ralsei.
"Well then, Carlos..." says Wanda, "may the best costume win!"
"Power", meanwhile, sees some of her guests participating and tells them via earpiece that she'll just be watching them, too, wishing them good luck. However, she catches a glimpse of OT!Scipion unraveling himself and warns them not to look at him.

Great! C'mon! (June says, turning and running back toward everyone else. They join the line to sign up.)
(Wanda heads over to join the other non-participants.) So, any bets on who you think'll win? (She asks.)

Training Room, Billy's Mansion, Season 124
Power soon uses her Stand's power. It works as the group is able to dodge a lot of the projectiles, including the Gaster Blasters, though the rest are still weighted because Power doesn't also manipulate the gravity around them to ease their movement. The group soon continue their dodging and projectile destroying before the blue SOUL test finally finishes.
After this, Natalie decides to start the green SOUL one. As this is associated with shielding one's self, the test is basically a mix between a vague recreation of the battle with both forms of Undyne, but focusing on the green SOUL aspect for the ones inspired from Undyne the Undying. In addition, Natalie decides to spice it a bit too by having one of the projectile types be the flaming eggs Photoshop Flowey used when in his green SOUL mode.
Finally, the test is mixed with what is known of what Power's green SOUL Stand ability does based on previous tests. With the preparation finished, the group is suddenly immobilized as they are given shields on a hand and their Stands, with projectiles starting to come. They initially start from four directions, but then more directions are added as it becomes eight directions, then top and finally the attack becomes three dimensional in their motion. This means that they now also come from various different angles.

Once the coast is clear of the projectiles, Hearts Strong as Horses gently floats Power down, who asks her trainers if they're alright.
"Well, trying to lift the rest of you is magically taxing, but I can still handle this!"
She then changes her Stand's SOUL color to green as the next phase of the test begins. Power imagines Undyne the Undying's theme playing as she orders her Stand, whose flight wasn't affected by immobilization either, to fire stunning beams and corrosive paint at the bullets.
Power then remembers that she has to control the shield, too, so she puts herself in Shining Armor's horseshoes as she orders Hearts to move closer to her and fuse its shield with hers, making it twice as big. They both move it around to deflect the bullets and work on their reflexes. Hearts also fires more paint at the bullets since it's a one-way shield.
The Museum, Post-S127
"Power" then excuses herself from Eye-Sicle to join her other tributes in watching the costume contest.
"Well, I'm betting that Ral's costume will win in the cuteness department!"
"That's a good bet," says Spike, "but my bits are on Cleo because she dressed up as another dragon, like me!"
"Ya dressed up as yer own species?" asks Dry Bones. "Nah, my money's on Lemmy for dressin' up as mine!"
"and while i'm still rootin' for paps, i gotta admit that aaron's ain't bad!"
"Same for Carlos, but I like his classmate's costume, too!"
Mikey then takes out his laptop and writes his script.
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"

Scipion screeched and held his nose in disgust, smelling a very putrid odor before anyone else, giving he was the closest canine to his past-self. Aaron and Lucian also screamed in disgust. The smell started to fill the room.
The bandages slowly fell on the ground, revealing for those who dared to look a literally skinless OT!Scipion. The sight was... disturbing and very gore, to say the least. To add more creepiness, his face was disfigured by an extremely large Cheshire Cat Grin.
Contrasting his creepy appearance, he looked curiously as Alex went to the nearest window to throw up. Lucian fainted while Tokage and the rest of Scipion's group looked in shock, terror, or disgust. Even Onox stopped eating and looked in shock at the sight.
And then, there was Scipion himself who couldn't stop staring at the sight, horrified.
"What's wrong? Suddenly, you are becoming green..." the undead horror cheerfully muttered at his future self, slowly moving towards him, his grin barely moving and not realizing the situation. Scipion just stared at him, paralyzed, even dropping his illusion on himself off. Morgan raised his eyebrows, understanding the situation.
"Ugh... At this point, you just need to stay like that to be the most creepy one." Morgan grunted, approaching the bloody nominator.
"Oh really? Thanks... But... My future me don't seem to like it."
"Well, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one in this room of pussies who like you that way..." Morgan cackled.
"Oh... You want me to stay like that?" the OT!Scipion asked.
"No. You stink too much, even for me."
Fortunately, the Waterblight's eldritch noises from outside signaled it's return. Going back to it's Zora form, it entered the room, it's hand glowing in blue.
A bubble of water surrounded the OT!Scipion, while the smell magically disappeared.
The bubble followed the Blight back outside while the "naked" OT!Scipion waved at the entire group before he could go into his costume.
Scipion dropped down on the ground, his eyes and jaw wide opened.
"You fucking idiot... What the hell did you do??" Alex roared at Scipion after being done throwing up while Aaron rushed to Lucian's side. Fortunately, it was nothing serious and the Lycanroc quickly woke up.
"... What happened? Oh... Don't tell me..."
"Y-Yeah... I'm really happy that this Scipion isn't as evil as our own..." Aaron muttered, hugging his friend
"HEY! I'M TALKING TO YOU!" Alex shouted at Scipion. Onox growled at Alex, forcing him to back down before approaching the stunned Zoroark.
"Boss? Are... you okay?" he asked, covering Scipion with his arms
Scipion finally reacted, gasping before getting up.
"I'm... fine... I think..." he muttered, holding his head with his claws.
"Boss. You're not okay. Maybe you shouldn't participate."
"Of course I will! It's just that..."
"You got scared of him, didn't you?" Morgan interrupted, actually having a serious face.
"WHAT? Of course no! That's ridiculous!" Scipion argued. Morgan shook his head and pointed at the rest of the party.
"We've all watched you wetting yourself Scips. You may be evil and sadistic, but you have your limits. The smell didn't help either. And... I guess watching him was like watching a mirror of yourself, uh? Even before your past-self showed up, you openly said that you hated him for what he... you did. He is you, in a way."
The Zoroark shook his fists and sighed.
"Yeah... The guy's appearance scared the Distortion World out of me." he reluctantly admitted in front of everyone before looking at his paws.
"This fucking stupid ugly... thing... The same guy who destroyed the OT... And I have the same fucking name, the same fucking appearance... Please tell me I won't become like this... I-I can't become like this!" he moaned.
Aaron looked at his nemesis with a surprised look. That kind of behavior reminded him of when he was with him back at Persephone's castle.
"You won't. I'll make sure of that. Onox will make sure of that. And I guess the rest of the noms will as well, although that would logically be out of pragmatism rather than friendship." Morgan reassured, winking at the distressed Scipion.
"Yeah. Past you are nice. But he's not the Boss. You're the Boss, our boss." Onox added, hugging Scipion. The Zoroark sighed and even quickly shed a tear.
"Y-Yeah... But I'm not sure if I'm ready for that costume contest"
"You know Aaron's going to participate, right?" Morgan said, grinning. Scipion quickly composed himself at the mention of his nemesis and hissed at the Lucario.
"Right... That stupid hat and cape can't beat my illusions!" he exclaimed, using his illusions once again on himself.
Eventually, the OT!Scipion came back stuffed in a (fortunately) less disturbing form
"I feel... lighter..." he giggled, floating in the air.
"Is this an illusion?" Tokage pondered.
"Incorrect. The fool forgot how to use illusions or any kind of moves from his homeworld for a very long time... I had to use my own Malice to turn him temporarily into this." the Waterblight answered, entering the room.
"You're married like me, you know monstrosity can take many forms."

"Morgan? You meant that literally?" Onox asked after Morgan's taunts.
"Literally? No. I like to mess with her more than the rest of the nominators, that's it."
Then, Haze finally opened up his museum and everyone got in. Onox and Alex followed Ralsei, searching for the buffet as well.
"Hey, big guy. How do I look?"
"Meh... I don't like you. I don't like that costume." the brute replied.
"Hehe... Then I'm taking more candies than you since I'm the scariest."
"No you're not. I want candies too!" Onox growled. Aaron and Scipion looked from afar and rolled their eyes. Of course they were going to argue for food. As long as nothing serious happens.
Not soon after Tabby got angry at her school's destruction.
"Speaking of which..." Morgan giggled, licking his lips.
"Huh... And I thought I was the only nom with a bad temper." Scipion sarcastically grunted.
"Hey... I can try to help to pay if you want." Aaron offered to Tabby.
"I appreciate the thought Aaron, but with what money? We barely have anything."
"Oh, drat..."
Meanwhile, Neri approached the skeleton's group.
"On one hand, it seems very friendly! But on the other hand... I've heard some of it's friends were responsible for turning mister Giegue into the mean Giygas! And that's reeeaally mean!" Dry Lemmy exclaimed.
Meanwhile, being the only one who didn't really enjoy the party, Clyde kept an eye on the two uninvited guests. So far, the Waterblight was silently watching it while the OT!Scipion slowly made his way towards Tabby.
Not too far away from the museum, a portal showed up. Edgar flew out of it. Sighing, the Murkrow flew towards a window and discreetly watched the ongoing party.
