I can't look at the suggestion ATM but I agree that the current isn't showing enough of the trope.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested. I'm curious as to why you think it doesn't show the "mage" part, as Elsa is using magic in the pic.

While I understand that Frozen is memetically popular, nothing about this particular image shows that Elsa is benevolent, nor that she is a Mage, nor that she is Ruling anything. In other words, JAFAAC. If you're not familiar with the source movie, it looks just like a robed girl in the snow, which doesn't illustrate the trope.
