I hope it's better than the app.

The 30-year cycle of nostalgia is real.

According to the devs, the game was built from the ground up for consoles and is not a port of "Legacy Wars".

At least. Any Ranger in particular you want to see in?

Green Samurai Ranger, SPD Shadow Ranger, Green Mystic Ranger, HyperForce Black, and Solar Ranger. Also, basically any of the Dino Thunder and Jungle Fury Rangers.

Phantom Ranger was pretty good to play as in Legacy Wars, so I hope he makes it in.

One thing I've been wondering though, ever since Megaforce introduced the pre-Zyu rangers and now that Boom Comics came out with a Fiveman/Supersonic story, I wonder if those rangers will make an appearance in this game.

Magna Defender, any of the Dino Rangers, Titanium Ranger, Lunar Wolf Ranger, Time Force Rangers and Wild Force Rangers.

If do some tag mechanic or have some guest character like Ryu like they did in the past, but I might buy the game. Otherwise I'm just looking to try it out right now.

Hasbro was apparently helpful with nWay for development of this game.

The devs want to add Cross-Play support for the game.

EDIT: For the PlayStation 4 version, specifically. The Xbox One, PC, and Switch versions will all have Cross-Play.

Wait, Hasbro has the brand now? PRAISE ZOMBIE JESUS. Hasbro actually makes good toys.

Yeah, I've been curious how the toys will turn out. Super Sentai is co-owned by Bandai, so wondering if hasbro will make their own toys, or licence the Bandai ones, maybe without as massive a downgrade as they had under Bandai.

So it says villains will appear as well. Any hopefuls on that front? For me, definitely Lothor, Mesogog, and Deker.

Ecliptor and Villamax would be cool

I grew up with the originals, so I'm kinda hoping for Rita, Zedd, and/or Goldar.

EDIT: Or something the sillier monsters from the first couple of seasons, like the traffic light turtle monster.

Zen-Aku and Zurgane. What would make for good Supers in this game? Sure, Battlelizers are a thing, but for most other Rangers?

Well, given Hasbro is pretty damn used to straight releasing Japanese toys in the US, I'm optimistic.

Plus Marvel Legends are leagues ahead of the Power Ranger figures at the same price point.

Merrick: The Laser Pool technique he used is Wild Force.

Ethan: Summoning the Hovercraft Cycle to strafe the enemy.

But Takara (Who makes the Japanese Transformers) has no US counterpart. Hasbro is their local distributor.

Where as with Power Rangers, Bandai DOES have a US branch. So it changes things.

In terms of playable Villains, I'm hoping for Mesogog too. All the way!

I assume they’ll bring in the Big Bads, their more combat-oriented Dragons, & maybe some of their most memorable minions.
