Minor rules update: Clarified in Event Formatting Rules No. 3, Bullet 5 that numerals cannot be conjugated, even if preceded by non-numerical characters. Also added that the "#" symbol doesn't render in the sim.

Just a quick update. I have updated the regular save, and Kafka is in the middle of running that save. We're still looking for a host, so if anybody wants to volunteer, please do so ASAP.

Edit- Cassie and KB have both stated they could potentially host this upcoming season.

By a coin toss done by Kaf in the server, KB will be the main host while Cassie will be backup. Also, we decided to temporarily reduce the death rate to High because even with 69 tributes, the Very High DR was still killing off tributes too fast during running. This means that we'll adjust the DR on a case-by-case basis, not only for casts with 48 tributes or fewer.

Worf, plz, it's just cake.

Even the death rate was setting from very high to high, one of my tribute still died in bloodbath without doing something aside from sillying drunk the shrink potion, how disappoint.
