As established with PSY Qualia Zombies, this either means that Nanashi became a PSY Qualia Zombie like Aichi and Misaki or he somehow beat them and snapped them out of it.
Considering Aichi's status at this point as pretty much being impossible to beat, I'm assuming it'd realistically be the former.
Aichi and Misaki would be glad for the new teammate in the case of the former, and they'd be thankful for being returned to their senses in the latter. Either way there will be positive feelings in the friendship.
