The shots seem to damage the Heartless, as its form starts to give way into tendrils of darkness. However, it's not down for the count yet, as it continues attacking with rabid fervor, agile claws, and dark magic.

Bob shakes his head.

Bob reaches into his eye socket elbow deep and fishes around in it. He jumps a little, and pulls his arm back, now missing his hand.
"I guess that's fair."
Bob pulls his head off and begins prying his eye socket open. His skull cracks and Squigly falls out onto the ground, holding Bob's missing hand and looking angry and confused.
"Nice of you to join us."
"W-why did you have to grab me there like that!? And what's going on!?"
"First of all, I can't see inside my own head, so you can't blame me for that. Second of all, I pulled you out so you can help us fight these people who hate furries."
Squigly pauses for a second, and then throws Bob's hand at him, which he catches and reattaches.
"I shouldn't question this, should I?"
"Nope."
"Alright then."

Meanwhile, Revenge and Sir Fluff skid to a stop next to Bob and Squigly.
