Yeah, he's getting arrested, but it's hard to see the cop behind him.
Current's definitely way better than either suggestion. Snake's image is tiny and blurry, and Elvis is blurry and the fact it's Elvis is just distracting.
I don't think the cop or the cop car is difficult to make out at all.

It's supposed to be security cam footage, doesn't seem blurry to me. And I don't think getting arrested says "crook" very well anyway.

Anyway, I don't agree with the OP's Elvis suggestion since it's not an example of this trope since Elvis neither had tattoos nor was he ever a criminal.

^^ For those new suggestions, the first skinhead is probably the most blatant example so far. Sort of similar to Jack from #12, but that actually took me a few seconds before I could tell that she wasn't wearing a brightly colored outfit.
