It has a very Syfy original vibe before its time. The film has some pretty neat stop motion effects but by 1993 they are kinda dated and low budget. The acting is awful. The plot is kind of a nothingburger. That said if you want cheese it has that a plenty.

And we are fully funded! Holy crap!
God, this makes me so happy.
Two stretch goals added:
- At $5.8M or 49,000 backers, the 3D episode will be a Halloween Special with free KingaVision 3D glasses for all backers.
- At $6.4M, they will make an additional Christmas Special episode, for a total of 13 episodes.
Here's the trailer for Demon Squad. It's yet another movie that says, "We can't afford decent microphones!"
Final total: $6,518,832!
That is more than the $6.3M fundraising total from last time, so Season 13 will include a holiday special with Jonah, Emily, and Joel, and all Gizmoplex Pass rewards are extended by one month so everyone can enjoy it.
It's also more than the $5.8M they raised just on Kickstarter last time, so the 3D episode will be the first MST Halloween special and all backers get free Kingavision anaglyph glasses.
Fresh-eyed movie blogI'm curious how this whole Jonah/Emily thing will work out.
So, will there just be two humans on the SOL now?
If I had a nickel for every film where Emma Stone falls off a balcony... I'd only have two nickels, but weird that there's two of them.Or competing experiments.
Film #3 will be Gamera vs. Jiger aka Gamera vs. Monster X.
... they got Gamera??!?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.... is he made of meat??!?

Mega Man fanatic extraordinaire...Why do I have so many question marks??!?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Does this one have Kenny?

Not sure how many jokes could be obtained from Gamera: Guardian of the Universe. The whole Heisei era Gamera trilogy is essentially a hard rebuttal to the sillier films MST 3 K mocked while singing the Sandy Frank song.

GAMERA IS REALLY NEAT, HE IS FULL OF TURTLE MEAT, WE’VE BEEN EATING GAH-MEH-RAH!!!!!!!!
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Worse, it has three!
I wonder if they'll edit out the film's infamous elephant surgery scene.
I was one of the people lucky enough to get the Gamera episodes box set during the week or so before they lost the rights and it went out of print.
I'm curious how they expect to hold onto the rights for this one for any length of time.
"I just wanted to know the truth!"Isn’t there a later GAMERA movie so infamously terrible that it makes the Showa movies look good? Wonder if they got that one.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."The Gamera episode box set is in print? It went out of print for like a month in 2015. It's fine.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies. Are you referring to Gamera: Super Monster? Part of me would love to see that film riffed, since it really is that bad. Silly plot, bad special effects, and all of the fight scenes Gamera's in are reused from previous movies.
I'm a soldier of justice sent by nature itself!Livestream/reriff of The Horror of Party Beach on Youtube in 30: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2xn99iSL10 for those who can make it, first of the Mindless Summer Film Series, so there's more to come.
If there's anything I've learned from MST 3 K, it's that small town America is a nightmarish Purgatory that makes paint drying look sexy and exciting.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.
How bad?
