One thing I've noticed is that for all how the page for They Might Be Giants claims them to be the unofficial official band of this wiki, there's relatively few people on this site who seem to ever reference them.

Oh, you guys hate names in CamelCase like Sponge Bob? By far the most annoying one of all is You Tube, which currently has 100+ wicks.

Not as far as I know. Another annoying one is Star Wars, which seems to be a leftover from way way back when works could be in Main/
In theory that sort of thing is a good example of what tropes on creator pages are for. Though in practice, I feel like the fanfic authors who get them just tend to be even more magnets for troping of RL drama than "normal" creators.
I went on a dewicking spree for RP Gs and NP Cs a while back.

I mean like, when I see those conversations about how Fandom™ should be a safe space for shipping of all kinds, I can't relate. Maybe it's because I might be asexual, maybe it's became I prefer stories with more meat. (Note that meat =/= long; the All Assorted Animorphs AUs are short, but dense.)

I'm personally more of an adventure kind, which can be annoying when the most popular stories tend to be of the shipping kind (although as long as there is depth and exploration in these stories, I'm happy enough).

Huh. I recognize most of those, even some of the unused or deprecated ones like Synopsis/, JustBugsMe/ and HighOctaneNightmareFuel/, but there's some others I wonder about.
Why aren't the Memes/, PlayingWith/ or VisualNovel/ icons used? (For Theater/, it's because we use the spelling Theatre/ and the admins never moved the logo there.) There's a couple of others whose purpose eludes me, like Comments/ (an old talk page, perhaps?), House/ (a "main page" icon? I know TRS threads in your "followed" list use a very similar icon), News/ (the old name for the Newsletter/ namespace, maybe?) and Titlebin/ (no idea at all for this one).
Where'd you find all that info, anyway?

I was around when the icons namespace thread was on IP. I suggested a crossroads sign for Visual Novel/ so someone made it but it didn't get enough support so we didn't adopt it. I feel like the Playing With icon was around at some point though

The site uses CSS when it's showing icons, I've just F12 in browser and looked up what it's loading before showing a page.

, which only has 18 pages; ARG/ comes at an extremely close second with 19 pages. Bronze medal goes to Script/, the only other valid media namespace with under 50 pages (34, to be precise), and the only one of the three to not have an icon. The Manhua/ and Wiki/ namespaces also fall under 50 if you don't count redirects, and they too lack an icon.
