Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I think Sentient Stars is fine. Not perfect, but fine.

Superhero Literature is one of my projects. We had Superhero Literature (which was huge) and Literature entries in Superhero, so I made the split complete. But yeah, no idea about the "Characters" page. Looks like a Roleplay entry.

SpeculativeFiction.The Storyof Dragonsand Pixies looks quite poor... not only is that namespace bad, but it has no tropes, and if the creator wanted "of" and "and" to be lower-case, they could've just used the Custom Wiki Word feature.
For reference, the troper who made it is Tim Turner, who asked if he can do a page on his work. Here's his ATT query.

Stub Fanfic: Alfreda And Cells Multiversal Adventure
I've messaged the author; since he's made some changes recently, there's a chance the article may be saved.
I've since learned that they did the same thing as a YKTTW entry. I was going to be nice and make their character page for them and a basic page for their universe, but they try my patience. Nominating both pages for the cutlist.
Cool School got launched. 6 hats, 2 bombs, no responses in YKTTW and more or less is just "a school." There's a trope there, but the description is so meandering and the examples so bad that it's just "a school." Granted, all the "Cool X" tropes tend to be that, but still.

Hrm, that's odd. They describe it as "mostly unpublished" meaning it's not a non-existent work so it can have subpages, but they need to be informed that they can only trope the published parts.
I'd cut the YMMV page (since I'm 99% sure it was added by the author), tell them to move it to Fanfic/ and tell them in the process they should only move tropes that are in the published sections.

I think I understand what's up with that. The page was created by ~Celestial Sushi. Note that this troper's edit history is maxed out because of edits for another page they created: VideoGame.The BOSSA Jacksepticeye Fan Game. Looking at the history of that page (courtesy link), it looks like this troper created that page by adding just the quotation first, and then gradually expanding the rest of the page (for a total of 90+ edits to the page).
That's... not an efficient way to create a page. But I don't think it's a good idea.
That troper created the page yesterday, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're about to start expanding the rest of the page soon. Not that that's a good thing; imo, the page should've already been filled with a description from the start.
EDIT: Mentioning this for completeness. Kate Marie 999 has a similar editing style (especially the "gradually expanding" part) and similar interest (e.g. fan games of Let's Players) as Celestial Sushi and they may be the same person. Obviously nothing wrong with that, but it means there may be more pages to look at for quality stuff.
