For the uninitiated... A contingent of tropers (mostly from across America) holds regular get-togethers over the Interwebs on this site called Synchtube which lets individuals, such as ourselves, open and join in text-based chatrooms within typical web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, et. al.) that allow the chat participants to view YouTube videos in synchronization with everyone else present (without even needing to set up an account)... and we've decided to use said chatrooms to play cheeseball webvideos and feature-length movies found in the public domain which stretch all the way from letters B to Z, which everyone subsequently riffs on a la MST3K.
For over EIGHT years, everybody who gets involved mostly finds good enjoymentnote in calling out tropes that are recognized in the videos and stories and coming up with jokes to fling back at whatever's happening on the screen, many of which turn into various in-jokes and running gags (a Coven Glossary is kept and maintained for everyone's help and convenience HERE) to repeat in the chat.
We're always looking for new ways to better coordinate and expand our activities and are more than happy to welcome newcomers interested in joining our gatherings.

I wanted to give that film a standing ovation. I felt so fucking satisfied both psychologically and sexually that I wanted to smoke a carton of cigarettes while gazing wistfully at the splashes of color that the dying sun leaves on the sky's canvas.
I finally got my cherry popped. It felt like my cherry got popped by Basic Instinct era Sharon Stone. God-DAMN, man.
I came buckets. I have finally left the desiccated husk of boyhood behind me and have emerged glistening and glorious— reborn— as a man. Lo! I am careening wildly around this tiny rock we call the world and now I have escaped its cruel, tethering gravitational prison into the great ink sea of chaos and boundless terrifying possibility and I dare to skirt along the nebulae and the curls of fire of distant stars to behold my likeness in the unfathomable countenance of infinity!

Well, this was some weird shit.
Artsy in its presentation, with very interesting and even romantic music at times. But also seems to be big on demonstrating its REAL GORE.
It's another one of those "WTF were they going for" movies, kinda like A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell, which was as much art film as it was trashy trash.
It got ★ though. It put us to sleep. Split between Xs and a 2.

I was thinking of more closely along the lines of Joker's victims.
Anyway, tonight we're gonna be taking a second shot at magnum cinematic opus from David Byrne of Talking Heads, True Stories, set in the (fictional) town of Virgil, Texas as the strange and eccentric locals gear up for the town's sesquicentennial anniversary and converge on a local parade and talent show.
I really hope everyone can get to see this quirky little film at least once in their lives.
