I can get behind a disambig.
Disambig sounds good.
Note that in works, the term has multiple meanings. The theatre definition is not the only definition found in fiction, because fiction has a wide variety of media—it's not all theatre.
I mentioned the dictionary on the first page of the discussion. Repeating what I quoted there:
n. pl. heavĀ·ies
- a. A serious or tragic role in a play. b. An actor playing such a role.
- Slang A villain in a story or play.
- Slang A mobster.
- Slang One that is very important or influential: a media heavy.
I think they lost some nuance, but def. 3 is actually the one I'm most familiar with, as a fan of Hardboiled Detective stories.

Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee. That means the disambig will look like this:
- Playing The Heavy: "The Heavy" as used in theatre jargon: the one who makes things difficult for the protagonists.
- Plot Driving Villain: The driving villain of the story; often played by the heavy actor.
- The Mafia: "The Heavy" as used to mean a mobster in Hardboiled Detective stories.
- (Something for an influential person)
- Mighty Glacier: "The Heavy" as in a character who is heavy and slow.
- The Big Guy or The Brute: Respectively, the "heavy" attacker for the good guys or bad guys.
Not to be confused with the character from Team Fortress 2.
By the way, can I finally rename The Heavy now that we've come down to this?

Please help out our The History Of Video Games page. The disambig would also have to include the band The Heavy too.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.I'll keep that in mind once that YKTTW gets launched.
We're going to move the current description of The Heavy to Plot Driving Villain and turn it into a disambiguation once that YKTTW gets launched, in fact.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.I'd wait until the YKTTW is launched, personally. You might irritate Fast Eddie if you wipe out a page he already restored once.
Bumping again.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.I think you'll have to summarize the course of action in a post and then ask it to be edited in the OP and pinned.

Disambig sounds good. And it's a ready plan B since renaming got an administrative veto.
