@Arha: I'll hazard a guess and speculate that it's somehow related to his last few posts here; his "arguments" quickly convinced me to tune those posts out of my mind and leave it to other, more capable posters to handle responding to them.

Can Popotan be cleared, only in the first few episodes of the anime series before the Cerebus Syndrome hit, the main three girls (including Mii an 11 year old) are show nude bathing together and Anime Anatomy is NOT in effect, all there breast and nipples are clearly shown but not in a sexualized tone just a family bathing together and Mii is never showen naked in the presence of a male character, Mii does point out her A-CupAngst compared to her well endowed sister and she does do a few SkinshipGropes but it is all ways played for Naked People Are Funny, and there are no sex scenes in the whole series.
One of the sisters Lampshaded it at one point: ->Mia: why do we all ways bathe together? ->Ai: because its fun, and there is no harm in it.
If the depiction alone of child nudity is cut worth the this series should definitely be cut but if it has to be a intentional porn or have acts of the underage characters having sex then Popotan the anime is not that and should at most be cleaned of its VN origins.
For Popotan to be cleared we would have to make it an anime only page. I don't think that would be difficult since the VN was never translated.

Sakura Gari - not THAT familiar with it, but to be honest, looks more like the yaoi manga version of Mysterious Skin than true pandering. The sexual abuse appears to be played entirely for drama, though I'm not sure of how explicit it is, and is revealed to be why everyone involved is so utterly fucked up. Not necessarily defending it since I'm not familiar enough to do so, but from what I've heard and from the page itself, it seems to be about drama over titillation, along with Deliberate Values Dissonance due to a historical setting.
