A musical always makes things better.
Some of the best parts of Batman: The Brave and The Bold is when the characters spontaneously break out into an extravagant musical number.
Ya got your classics like "Aquaman's Rousing Song of Heroism" by Aquaman, or "Where's the Fun in That" by Joker, "Grey and Blue" by Vigilante, "Birds of Prey" by the Birds of Prey, and the entire musical episode guest-starring Neil Patrick Harris as the Music Meister, "Mayhem of the Music Meister".

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Google translation is weird, so I still don't what's going on.
Didn't exactly help CW's Flash when they did a musical episode. Wasn't bad whatsoever, but it could've been better.
My locals theater were sold out for Broly, I was lucky enough to reserve it ahead of time. Judging by reddit posts this wasn't just because my neighborhood likes DBZ
From what I've seen, they completely bungled the Music Meister.
Instead of being a flamboyant man with bright red hair who's constantly changing outfits from scene to scene, he's just wearing black leather with normal hair and doesn't even seem the extravagant type.
So yeah correction there, there's a certain magic to getting it right & that involves going full ham & fun with it.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Broly good.
Yeah that was pretty fucking dope.
And the story around Broly & Paragus was pretty compelling.
I was actually disappointed when we got to Goku & Vegeta cause I wanted to see more of the former two, knowing that when the fight started that was pretty much it for the story.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Well, not always. ;P
Terry: Come on, it took me weeks to get tickets to this show. It's shway!
Bruce: It's shwarbage.
If Dragonball ever has a musical episode of anything, Buu has to have a song.
It's wonderful either side of the pond, because Japanese Buu has that extremely cacophonic voice, and English Buu has that incessant Baby Talk. Either way, Stylistic Suck.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I feel like Disney would sue somebody though.
...I still want a 'Bibidi Babidi Buu' song parody/rewrite dangit.
Why does it say 45-50 for 18 and 17?
Shouldn't be that hard.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.So 18 is older than Krillen.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Eww their all old.
Except Piccolo. But even then...
Paragus, why would anyone want...was that a Babarian? Gowasu? Tarble? Elder Kaioshin? Aren't Grand Priest and Zen'o a little premature? Blue Goku with a scouter!? When The Red Pants mid boss isn't the weirdest option the spoon's scraping the bottom of the barrel...not going to lie, I don't even know who some of these mutants are. I love that they have the combined Pilaf machine though. That's milking the cow with style!
Still, I have to question, where's Giran, Korin, Yajirobe? Why does Ribrianne have a half dozen cards but none for Kaksuna and Rozie? Why do all Pikkon cards have his weighted clothing?
Hmm
Blue Goku, Ultimate Gohan, Super 3 Gotenks, Kid Pan, Majuub, Nekomajin Z, Super 2 Kefla-The Four Star Squad
Yamucha, Krillen, Tien, Piccolo, Android 17, Nuova Shenron, Hit-Vegeta Not Included
Cyborg Tao, Dr. Wheelo, Metal Cooler, Super Perfect Cell, Super Hatchyak, No Pants Rildo, Evil 21-Mad Science
Lucifer, Dabura, Towa, Super Mira, Super Fu, Rose Goku Black, Zamasu-The Demon God Alliance

I still came up with seven interesting teams. Feel free to steal them.

This is without any exaggeration the only shonen that stars a primarily adult cast & one that’s mostly in their 40’s at that.
No teens or children here, just DILF’s, GILF’s, & MILF’s.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Wait the androids are older than Krillin? By around a year?
So i was right to assume they were in their 20 around the time they were captured!
Uni catIt's funny that, aside from Buu and Roshi, the oldest members of the team are the android twins, Vegeta, and Tenshinhan.
You know, I'd be really interested to see how old the other Tournament of Power teams are. Maybe Koitsukai, Panchia, and Bollarator were made for the tournament and are only a day old. We know Hit is over 1,000, but I wonder how long Magetta's been around. It'd finally answer the question of how old the U6 Saiyans are. I know, based on Hit, people would expect Jiren to be like 500-something, but what if he's actually younger than Goku? What if Jiren's like, 33 years old?

Universe three's modified warriors being made for the tournament wouldn't necessarily make them a day old. They still have Ki, sensible ki, which suggests they have biological bases in between all that metal.
Anyway, the modified warriors were cool. It's a shame only a handful of them had notable strength(and not even that many in the manga). Come to think of it, the machine mutants, despite being a pretty transparent Challenge of the GoBots knockoff, were a pretty cool concept in the context of Dragon Ball, their(namely Bebi's) lame designs and sudden disappearance from the plot aside. Seeing more of them or even all of them pull a collective Heel–Face Turn and amicably compete to become stronger than the saiyans would have been cute. Team up with furry Goku and Majuub against common threats to the galaxy, "Man And Machine, Power Extreme!" Instead we got Super 17...
So Super is properly done for me.
Gotta say, the last three episodes, I see some potential in the action choreography and animation that would have been really slick if done better.
But I guess everything has already been said and done for Super by this point.
Man, I'm tempted to see the movie again.
The show is probably coming back. GeGeGe No Kitaro isn't going to run forever and Broly was a mega-hit by anime standards.
The main concern though if they are going to do what they did with Bo G & F, TV adaptations of the films.
Seriously I'm not sure I can bear watching a watered down version of Broly's events.
That film was fucking beautiful, pulling a Super on it would be a violation of art.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."...On the other hand, I am still curious about what the fuck was in the 3 hour script.
This fight feels more impactful (to me at least) when you remember it's Goku's last big fight before he dies
Granted, he comes back, but that after 7 years, so I still feel the impact I gues
It's like a Last Dance
¡PONLE QUE DIGA!:"¡HUMONGOSAURIO HASTA LA MUERTE!"Note, Froze, Kagyu, Kabra and Nimu are all playable in the story mode of World Mission.
Interesting thing to note, unlike Beat who has a customizable deck, the other 5 heroes have 2 preset decks each to use in the story mode. Also, we get a look at a sentient AI created by Sealas.

And yet Goten and Trunks haven't aged one iota...
...Anyone else want a dragon ball musical now?
