Embarassing crap on the wiki

As long as the linked image is SFW I don't see why. Kn J isn't a sexually explicit work anyway. I'd be more concerned about the fact that the links go to a scanlation site; that could get us in legal trouble.

Calling someone a pedant is an automatic Insult Backfire. Real pedants will be flattered.

Well, since it's a manga, most of those links are probably to scanlations of dubious legality, so they need to be chainsawed anyway. But that's off-topic.

That's really not an issue, since they can just be tossed in imageshack.

Kojika has some nasty loli things that shouldn't be linked, but I don't see why images without those aspects would be bad.

@Lebrel: It does actually have explicit content in some of the chapters. Anyway, what Totemic Hero said. We can't legally link to it either way.

Look back at some of my earlier posts[1][2] I feel kind of guilty of adding to this wiki's reputation. I was trying to start a mature discussion on where society draws the line on consent and rape then be a creep. But with the benefit of hindsight it may of been a discussion that would've been better to leave undiscussed.

For the record, I cleared the NSFW links off Kn J, and the move to put the SFW links on Imageshack or similar is a good idea.

Right. This thread opened by Fast Eddie talking about a video someone made, I thought it was a concern trolling problem. If any mention of sex at all means the wiki doesn't have a large enough operating budget, I guess I'll have to live with it.

I get the impression that if the wiki got a $10,000,000 endowment tomorrow, there'd still be vocal contingents both on the wiki and not trying to purge it of sex.
