Remaking Melee wouldn't work. Heck, porting or emulating Melee still wouldn't work. The Melee framerate only works with the Gamecube and the old television.

If Konami is now on board with MGS back and Platinum is included with their baby Bayonetta, could there be some Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance representation? I don't know AT for Raiden since Grey Fox is back but i would love MGR music to be featured.

Not impossible, but unlikely. But Konami has shown that they're willing to play ball, so maybe.

You know what, put Dante in there too for the triple crazy action.

I would fucking love for some MGR:R representation in some form, but it seems unlikely. Series already has Gray Fox assist trophy, and all of the game's best songs have lyrics; they tend to do instrumental songs in Smash. Maybe a trophy of Raiden, Sundowner, or Armstrong, at least.

Rules of Nature and MGRR Raiden would be cool, but unlikely. Although Raiden appearing in a cinematic trailer and then Rules of Nature's chorus blasts on would be amazing.

I don't know why anyone would want Isaac, he'd just be the 6th blonde swordsman ''and'' the 13th pretty sword-user. How boring.

Actually, most songs in MGRR only have the lyrics when you're about to kill the boss with an action command. Maybe the song could be mostly instrumental but when someone gets the Smash Ball or the Smash Meter charged up it plays the MGRR song.

Or just do an instrumental of it, like Snake Eater.

• As one of us found on Reddit, a screenshot Sakurai posted featuring a Rathalos looks eerily like a battle from Golden Sun.
• We haven't see Shadow, Isabelle, Issac as Assist Trophies. Again, something I'm positive we've talked about.
• One thing we haven't talked about that this GameXplain video does is how the furniture in Sakurai's room in the recent Smash Direct have references to Skull Kid, like how the chairs reference his two fairy buddies (which I never noticed until now).

...Geez, Sakurai's loving this speculating we've gotten ourselves into, isn't he?

I mean, I'd believe all this is hinting at something if this was Kojima we where talking about maybe. I think people are seeing things that aren't there.

Isaac's assist trophy being gone isn't really proof of anything as it's been gone since Brawl.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Isabelle, Shadow, or Skull Kid.

Since Ghirahim and Midna are both already confirmed ATs, I'd expect a new Zelda character to be one of the BotW champions.

Or Skull Kid, who has a lot of things going on for him.
