- Awesome Music:
- "O.N.E.", both the album version and the acoustic version. It was also included in FIFA 11 and Project X (2012).
- "Madder Red". The song itself is really sweet, and it has an infectious chorus to top]
- Broken Base: Between those who prefer the folky sound of All Hour Cymbals and those who prefer the poppy sound of the later albums.
- Even Better Sequel: Odd Blood, as would be said by most critics.
- Genius Bonus: The chorus of "Red Cave" is an English translation of a Welsh town with a very long name, "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch."
- "Henrietta" is dedicated to Henrietta Lacks.
- Heartwarming Moments: The end of the "Madder Red" video. Despite the creature in the video dying, and its owner being heartbroken, when she leaves the hospital she sees the creature in the clouds, implying that it got to heaven safely.
- Nightmare Fuel:
- The "O.N.E." video. How they were able to combine such a peppy song with such a terrifying video is just...
- The "Ambling Alp" video (which incorporates equally freaky Body Horror) has actually been filed by some as NSFW.
- The "pet" in the "Madder Red" video is also unsettling.
- Signature Song: "O.N.E" has the most acclaim and most recognizable video. Heavy rotation on MTV didn't hurt.
- Tear Jerker: The video for "Madder Red".
- "Madder Red" itself, considering it's a much more sentimental song compared to the rest of the Odd Blood tracks.
