• Alternate Character Interpretation: Chris and Nik both theorize that Sakura went from Love Martyr to insanely-obsessed with Sasuke because she basically made a collage family ficture with her photo blocking Karin out of Sasuke's group picture of his team. That and also her over-the-top defensive reaction when Sarada inocently asks her about her dad, if he used to wear glasses, why he's absent, or even if she was truly married to Sasuke at all. They also both believe that Naruto forgets Hinata exists whenever they stop interacting.
• Crosses the Line Twice: If any of you have listened to him on Transmission Awesome or on LordKaT's stream, you would know that he loves to do this.
  • Black Comedy: "La La Eat a baby!"
  • Did we mention the Chris Benoit jokes?
• Ensemble Dark Horse: In Weekly Manga Recap, Rollo T loves Double Arts and Barrage, and has a strange affection for Cross Manage when it refuses to be cancelled despite languishing in the bottom of the WeeklyShonenJump polls for its entire run thus far.
  • Which turns into outright love when it starts really getting into its sports manga aspects... right around when it finally gets cancelled.
  • As soon as Mask de Masculine makes his debut in a major fight, Chris immediately declares him to be the greatest character in Bleach.
  • The manga World Trigger has become a huge favorite of the WMR podcast receiving praise almost every week. Even more notable for the characters Osamu Mikumo and Ai Kitora who Chris downright loves and ships together (his first OTP by his own admission.) to the point of writing smutty fanfics about them.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: In the podcast about Naruto's epilogue, Chris and Nik joked about that Sarada being Sakura and Sasuke's daughter was very hard to believe due to the barely-existent relationship between the two, and that it was a more believable choice if Sasuke just had a baby with another woman (most likely Karin) and he just dropped her at Sakura's house. Later when the series revives in Shounen Jump turns out that Sarada herself addresses it and starts questioning why she has glasses and even if Sakura married Sasuke at all, even dropping a hint that Karin might be involved.
• The Scrappy:
  • Sasuke Uchiha and Kaguya in Naruto and Aizen in Bleach take the cake for being the most loathed.
  • Chris is also REALLY not a fan of Erza and Jellal from Fairy Tail
